The entire condominium area is very clean, the gardening is well maintained, the laundry is impeccable, I could say that it is the best I have seen here in Odessa and not to mention the pool, the crystal clear water, it is a pleasure to bathe here. “My son recently moved in and I have another friend who lives here. No this isn't super fancy but the office staff is extremely responsive and kind, and they probably have the fastest maintenance team I've ever seen. And from what I can tell, they encourage community which is awesome. All in all, not fancy, but definitely affordable and friendly.”

“We moved there in 2019. We lived there for over 2 years at Westwinds Village Apartments. It had became our home. It was the nicest place that we've lived in since we moved to Odessa. The grounds are always kept mowed and they recently made the swimming area nicer too. The management staff and other employees have always been friendly. I really miss our apartment!”

“I lived here for 18 months and had a great experience.
We moved out for personal reasons (other city) just a few weeks ago, so don’t know how much they’ll keep from the deposit and all those things; but what I do know is that Caitlin, Janie and the Jordans are great! They make your life easier.
The maintenance team is fast and they really fix the problems; the girls on the front are very straight forward and willing to help.
And yes, water is off many times per week but it is not a big deal, most of the times it’s just for a short time and those cuts are necessary to get the plumbing fixed in other houses (or yours).
Definitely would have stayed here if we were still in the area.”
“I lived here for about 11 months in 2023/2024. Overall, I liked it but it was imperfect.
Pros:
I paid $820/month for 630 sqft, which was a pretty good price for the area.
The unit was relatively sound proof, I only ever heard my neighbors when they went out of their way to play music loud enough for everyone to hear. Though, if you face University, you will hear loud cars.
The apartment was pretty nice, much better than other complexes around it. It did have minor imperfections like paint droppings on the floors, so it may bother you if you like perfection.
The maintenance was immaculate. They always responded within 24 hours, usually within just a few, to any request and got it fixed very quickly with no hassle. Definitely the best part of living here.
The fees outside of rent were low and reasonable, just things like trash, no unnecessary junk fees.
The apartment was in very good condition when I moved in. Everything was clean and in working order.
Cons:
The parking lot that runs nearest University is one of the worst I have ever seen.
When I moved in we had some grass and the grounds were generally better kept, but the new management seems to have neglected that.
My energy bill has gone down in my new place despite it being bigger. Either the appliances here are inefficient or a lot of air is escaping, not sure.
There is a fireplace.
Only reason I lived is because at the end of my lease, they raised my rent $200, putting it above $1000/per month. Although I mostly liked University Gardens, the place I had was not worth this much. You can get much nicer place in Odessa for $1000+/month. I see that my old unit is currently listed for $1100/month which I think is highway robbery.
The buildings look nice outside, but occasionally the atmosphere didn't necessarily feel nice. I wouldn't say that I ever felt unsafe, but more of an occasional "sketchy" feeling if they makes sense.
They don't report your rent payments to credit agencies unless you pay a monthly fee.
The bathroom is a bit cramped.
Overall, for the price I had been paying, I think this was a good place to live. I wouldn't pay current 4 digits for it though unless I just couldn't find anywhere else. I read through some of the other reviews and they seem full of horror stories. I never had any big issues here, only a few small things. I think if you can get a good price then I would definitely recommend it. I would have given it a 3.5, but it's closer to 4 stars than 3 I think.”
“This year will be a Year since moving to this Apartment complex from out of State. I see a lot of negative comments posted here, and I can't speak for everyone but my experience here has been a Good transition. It's quiet except for the traffic but overall I enjoy it here. The Ladies in the office are very Pleasant and Professional and maintenance does a good job if there's an issue with your apartment. Pay your rent on time, follow the written policies that are in place and you'll have a Pleasant stay.”

“The apartments are very nice and spacious compared to most of the rest of the city, at least all the ones we saw. Misty makes things happen, she is active, and she looks for ways to solve and quickly complete the process to start renting, Thanks Misty!!! We are very excited to move there, when we received the apartment we found some minor details but when we reported it to maintenance, they came to take care of it the same day and that is what really makes it so valuable to us.”
