Karen at the West County Rd store was amazing!! She went above and beyond to assist with transferring my elderly father's number over to my Cricket plan. I've never had such awesome customer service!!??????

My phone was not receiving calls after a port in and the ladies helped me by contacting customer service and the issue got resolved.
