“I had such a fantastic experience with Jayda at Verizon! I came in a few weeks ago, and although I’m just now getting around to leaving my review, I definitely wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves.
Jayda was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Her customer service, professionalism, and positive attitude really stood out to me.
Honestly, I believe Jayda would make an amazing store manager. She has the leadership qualities, professionalism, and dedication to customers that you want in someone leading a team. Verizon should seriously consider promoting her to a management position—she deserves it!

“My friend and I went shopping for dress shoes. She needed some black pumps for Halloween and Melrose was the only store that carried her size. We checked 5 stores before walking into this one. I was quite surprised and thrilled to see that they carry a 5 1/2 and smaller. They also have great prices. If I had the money, I would have spent quite a bit there. Clothes, shoes, makeup, accessories, lots of trendy items that I would have loved to pick up for my collection. Can't wait to go back when I have some extra cash.”

“Ashley helped me upgrade my samsung phones and watch 6 classics to the new samsung s26 ultra and galaxy ultra. She was very knowledgeable on the plans and just very friendly. Also a very good saleperson. She took care of me and answered all questions i threw at her. She had to order my watches since they didnt have in stock, but overall experience was great. Amy helped me reconfigure my watches a day later since i guess i didnt activate them correctly but she was prompt in helping me get the watches working and on the plan. She handled my trade ins and handled my situation with ease and no problems.Ricky was the 3rd person I encountered that day as I was leaving I got the trade in value notices had decreased I told him the issue and that's not what I selected and customer service had downgraded my plan since we were having issues activating watches day prior. Anyways long story short he looked at my account and saw where the mistake was and advised the manager and she confirmed. They changed it back to how it was supposed to be back from the original transaction with Ashley. The manager I'm sorry if I butcher your name, Nadia ? you have great sales people working for you and you yourself are a great saleswoman. Thank you Odessa Verizon and Verizon in general.”

“I’ll admit that I’m not a normal Target shopper but I was there late last night. My 3 teenage girls were being followed by some creepy older man. I reported it to the first employee I saw (Diane) and her response was immediate. She called a manager and before long we spotted the man leaving the store. She approached him and he said he forgot his wallet. They then had us escorted to our car as it was dark outside. Diane and the managers response was outstanding! The manager said they’d go back and get video of the man to keep him on file. Great job Target!! ? Thank you for taking it seriously.”

“I went to EZPawn in Odessa, Texas on Grandview and Brittany and Linda were the employees working. Currently as I’m writing this review it is 8:55 PM but they closed at 7:00 PM. I made it here by 6:55 PM thinking they may take 1 or 2 items I had to sell or pawn. These ladies are legitimately the KINDEST MOST AMAZING SOULS!!! They both teamworked and one took multiple items I had for sale and the other took my pawn items. I could not believe that they had spent their entire day working and STILL took care of me as a customer of this store (on Grandview in Odessa) as if I had shown up 5 minutes after they opened instead of 5 minutes before they closed!!! THANK YALL BOTH SO SO SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!! Yall are seriously amazing to be able to help people daily on levels yall may not even realize!!! I appreciate their hard work more than any employee at any business that I have been to in the west Texas area in a while!!! Yall know EXACTLY what GREAT customer service is!! Thank yall both again so much!!!”
