He knew exactly what bolts and nuts were needed to secure and keep it in place. I know everyone is so busy but he actually took the time and effort to help her. Kevin, you deserve a raise!! God bless you!!”

“We had an internal door where the lock was frozen. We contacted Brazo’s to replace the door and hardware. Ian Stine came out to measure and quote a replacement. Instead he spent over an hour removing the jammed hardware. His evaluation was that a new door wasn’t necessary. Rather than trying to sell us a door he fixed our issue. This is an example of Texas integrity and honesty. I highly recommend a business who would employ someone like Ian.”

Let me just say a couple of guys I dealt with at this supply house, Trey and Fidel in particular, were very knowledgeable and friendly. Moreover, not only did they have everything I needed, but they also went above and beyond to help find solutions on both our ends. Shout out to Trey and Fidel, especially Trey.
