“I just left the Odessa, TX location on 42nd St. and accidentally drove away after leaving my phone in a shopping cart. Within five minutes I realized what happened and returned to the store.
Cynthia from Loss Prevention summoned the manager, Maria, for me to help. Since the store phones were unavailable, they both used their personal phones to try to locate mine. When we were still unsuccessful, cashier Priscilla also jumped in and was able to access “Find My iPhone” and send a ping to my phone. Shortly after, the ping was sent a customer returned my phone to the counter.
I was extremely anxious, knowing my brand-new phone and irreplaceable family photos could have been lost. Thanks to the kindness, empathy, and persistence of Maria, Priscilla, and Cynthia my phone was recovered. Their customer service was outstanding, and I am incredibly grateful for their help. I will absolutely recommend this location in the future.”

“Great selection of items here. I did quite a bit of home decor shopping. Mostly everything I got had some type of discount to it like 40-50% off and they're always running deals. When I think of hobby lobby I think of crafts but they have some many home goods. Definitely gonna be my new go to place when looking for decor now. Wasn't packed in there at all”
