I went in for pick up with my daughter and was greeted by Alicia and she was so great. She even asked if I wanted to try on my online pickup to make sure it fit before I left. “Called around many places looking for a yeti 45 cooler. This was the place that had the most options for colors. The only color I wanted they didn’t have. But none the less Aaliayh went above and beyond with sending pictures so I could see the exact colors as well as going out of her way to hunt the color I wanted down from other stores. Sad enough she couldn’t find it but she tried when she didn’t have too. We also have bought boots a clothing from this store a year or so ago and it was great. I recommend hunting this girl down if you need help bc if it’s there she will find it. Thank you Aaliayh!!!!!!”

She was so helpful when I went in a few days ago, she was helping me & other customers I felt bad asking for help but she was so kind even reminded me of a discount I was going to use from my pickup order if not I would’ve had to come back or just lose out on it! “Dezaray had a good conversation with me told me what size would be best for my son and helped me and my husband find boots I have a daughter named Desiree so we talked about name spelling the only reason this store is 4 stars is because there was a group of 4 boys standing doing nothing and when my husband asked for help no one answered because they were busy talking so we walked back over to dezaray and she was awesome she knows everything about the store and the cashier was great she was no nice and explained the reward system beautifully I think her name was Jessica or something like that. “This store carries a very good and varied inventory of everything western, but specifically cowboy hats which is what I was looking for. I was also looking for an experienced hat shaper who would know exactly what style would be best for me. Raymundo (Mundo) is the store manager and has 13 or so years shaping hats. I bought what I wanted and Mundo did an excellent job of shaping the crown and brim exactly the way I wanted it…EXACTLY! He and other younger employees are very friendly, professional, and ready to help with clothing needs. I have found my western clothing shore without a doubt!”

“My friend and I went shopping for dress shoes. She needed some black pumps for Halloween and Melrose was the only store that carried her size. We checked 5 stores before walking into this one. I was quite surprised and thrilled to see that they carry a 5 1/2 and smaller. They also have great prices. If I had the money, I would have spent quite a bit there. Clothes, shoes, makeup, accessories, lots of trendy items that I would have loved to pick up for my collection. Can't wait to go back when I have some extra cash.”

“I just left the Odessa, TX location on 42nd St. and accidentally drove away after leaving my phone in a shopping cart. Within five minutes I realized what happened and returned to the store.
Cynthia from Loss Prevention summoned the manager, Maria, for me to help. Since the store phones were unavailable, they both used their personal phones to try to locate mine. When we were still unsuccessful, cashier Priscilla also jumped in and was able to access “Find My iPhone” and send a ping to my phone. Shortly after, the ping was sent a customer returned my phone to the counter.
I was extremely anxious, knowing my brand-new phone and irreplaceable family photos could have been lost. Thanks to the kindness, empathy, and persistence of Maria, Priscilla, and Cynthia my phone was recovered. Their customer service was outstanding, and I am incredibly grateful for their help. I will absolutely recommend this location in the future.”
