She gave me exactly what I asked for (blonde underneath with a few pieces in the front) and it came out beautifully. My own pictures don’t do it justice. “If you’re looking for honest, no bull jewelers, here’s your place. I enjoy knowing that I will always be talking with the same couple and will get quality service each and EVERY visit. I realize if I drop something off for repair or sizing that my piece isn’t the only one Ray is working on but when he does work on it, all of his attention goes into it. I currently have one ring in his shop and I’m dropping off my husband’s ring for sizing up, later today. They were very kind to let me borrow the ring sizing plastic rings to determine the exact size needed to size up to. My guess is ZALES wouldn’t offer to do that.”
