Many reviewers highlight the staff’s kindness, especially during challenging situations, such as helping with locked rooms or addressing concerns promptly. The hotel’s location is praised for being close to the mall, restaurants, shopping centers, and nearby activities, making it ideal for guests who enjoy walkable access to dining and entertainment options. The rooms are generally clean and cozy, equipped with essentials like a 32-inch TV and comfortable beds, though some mention older carpets and minor inconveniences like sparking hair dryers or broken elevators. Breakfast is considered well-stocked and enjoyable, with staff attentive to guest needs during meal times.
