Ross Dress for Less offers the best brands and latest fashions for family and home at significant discounts. It is a favorite bargain spot with good and random items. However, the store can have issues. The clothing selection, particularly for certain sizes like girls 10/12, can feel very limited. The men's section has a lot of selection but may not feel modern, often seeming cluttery and disorganized with specific size and brand shortages. Customer service by phone is unhelpful, typically directing shoppers to just come in. The most consistent complaint is about completely insane checkout lines, comparable to holiday crowds, often requiring a long wait because more checkers are needed.
Always looks like a damn war zone inside. Shelves are always a mess. Isle are crowded with merchandise. Prices have gone up. Check out is slow as hell.

It has a lot of selection for men but not much of a modern style like TJ Maxx. The men's section also felt cluttery and disorganized and despite racks of pants they had very few Levi's and had no size 31s of any brand and had a few of 30.
