“I came to boot barn to find a pair of "everyday" boots I could wear at home, work, etc. Once you walk in you're greeted by the employees which is a good sight to see. This store has a large variety of boots, clothes, hats etc. Prices are relatively competitive in comparison to most western stores in the Basin.I was approached by a kid named Elyan. He introduced his self by his name & with a handshake. Super rare now-a-days but very good etiquette & professionalism in my opinion. I found several boots that interested me and eventually went over 3 pairs to see which one I would like best. He retrieved every boot in my size and asked if there were any others I would like to look at. He really went above and beyond to accommodate my search for the perfect pair. Elyan was also dressed to par and spoke with manners which is a huge plus.All in all, I had a great experience coming here. I will keep coming to this Boot Barn because of the great products and the amazing service this store provided me in the short period of time I was there. Super satisfied and would definitely recommend anyone looking for western boots & clothes. Thanks Boot Barn & Elyan, much appreciated??”
“Very good experience from this location. I work in the oil field and I need good quality boots. I picked up a size 13w and they fit for the most part. After about a week and a half of struggling to take them off and on I'd had enough. I brought in the boots and with no question they let me trade them up for a size 14. Highly recommend ?”

“Some of the people doing these reviews don't know what they're talking about or they're the stupid ones making it difficult/making a mess in the store, like Taimy Morales or Raiza Espino. They made the BOGO sell very clear to me that it's only certain shoes and it was great service!! I absolutely loved talking to all the workers and they were so nice. So helpful!! They're just doing their job, probably it's the customer user problems with their rating being so low ??”

“Store was very neat and clean. Displays were easy to view merch, employees are very family friendly and very helpful.. The store itself could use some air conditioning our experience there was great, yet very hot and sweaty while shopping around, would have stayed longer and shopped more but kids were getting very fussy. Air conditioning really needs to get looked at hope it gets fixed soon so we can returned.”

“My friend and I went shopping for dress shoes. She needed some black pumps for Halloween and Melrose was the only store that carried her size. We checked 5 stores before walking into this one. I was quite surprised and thrilled to see that they carry a 5 1/2 and smaller. They also have great prices. If I had the money, I would have spent quite a bit there. Clothes, shoes, makeup, accessories, lots of trendy items that I would have loved to pick up for my collection. Can't wait to go back when I have some extra cash.”
