The location has a nice clean place with very good treatment. Workers are attentive, bilingual and always give good explanations until you get your understanding. The service has friendly, helpful and outstanding people greeted you friendly with a great attitude. People have professionalism, true attitude aimed at helping and advising clients and the world needs more like them. Everyone thanks the workers for their impact and helpful actions that gift. Beyond grateful with banker Lydia, she was so nice to me, professional and friendly, i was there to open my first ever checking account and she made the process feel even enjoyable for me, instead of boring or awkward, 10/10 customer service, also, all the staff people were so nice with everyone too

This franchise needs a serious overhaul. Was told the ATM'S are serviced by a separate group and they work half the time almost like they are turned off for any little issue.
