“I've been here several times for used tires n mechanical repairs..... I'm a hard person to deal w .....I always expect good service n quality work as I'm a business owner myself... The used tires I've bought... Once had an issue they fixed it the very next day..... No complaints there they made it right.... Mechanical work I've had done.... Upper control arms...n wheel bearings replaced....I can say there once was a price issue.... Maybe a misunderstanding... But everything was handled n I left satisfied enough to give the mechanic a 40 tip.....I have n will continue to recommend these guys for any type of tire or suspension work.... And again as a person I'm hard to please sometimes but they have managed to always make things right n have earned my approval.....I will always go to them first w these kinds of issues..... Thank u for always making it right n doing it right”

“AMAZING SERVICE!!!Out of nowhere our car started shaking and the check engine light started flashing when we were traveling through town. We live a couple hours away And were on the way to Houston. I had called a couple of other mechanics locally not knowing the area at all, and no one was able to fit me in. I called this shop and they were so nice and welcoming and did a fantastic job. While nobody likes dealing with inconveniences of car trouble, they made the experience Wonderful wonderful for what it Was. I really cannot say enough how kind and nice every employee was, Especially Alexis and Vanessa who worked at the front counter.They gave my kids snacks, Girl Scout cookies, and air freshener, and let us watch TV and even took us to lunch with their shuttle service while the car was being repaired. We were in and out in a couple of hours and the prices were very reasonable for everything that was offered. I wish we lived closely to this town because they would definitely be our number one choice For everything we needed.”

“I have used just about every automotive repair place in Montgomery and Conroe and Gentry’s Automotive is by far the best experience out of them all. Steve is a sweetheart of a guy and his employees are rock solid, and top shelf all the way. His pricing was far lower than any pricing I could find in the area And he does it all, they did a great job with my Mercedes, The really good with BMWs, he’s the best diesel mechanic in Texas by far, and it’s always a pleasant experience. The Shop floor is so clean you could eat off of it. Thank you Steve for everything you’ve done for me over the years, greatly appreciated. My advice is to not go anywhere else, but Gentry’s Automotive.”

Darrell said he'd take a look at it.mind you no one would help me at all.I had it towed to tommys . Long story short I im cruising around in my 68 because Darrell can do the job. “I took my car here because whenever I hit my brakes, the front of my car shook. They put my car on the lift and checked the front end for worn-out parts. They have this cool machine that hooks up to my car and cuts the rotors flat. In the video, you can see where the rotor is warped and how it cuts it flat. I'm so lucky that they were able to do that because I didn't have the money to replace the rotors, and they said cutting the rotors is actually the best option since the rotor is cut on the car, there is no lateral run-out. Which makes the brakes have zero vibration whenever I hit my brakes.”
“Great people, took my tacoma in for AC compressor problem. i just went in told them exactly what i wanted and they got it done. i thought i needed parts so i spent the $ to have the work done later but when i found out my car started working good again, they helped me get refund so i didnt have to pay more money then i needed to. i will definitely visit them again if needed.”
“'98 Gulf Stream Sun Voyager diesel pusher. A couple of days ago I had my starter replaced and it blew out my ignition switch. Sitting in an RV park is where it first acted up. The manager recommended Tim, so I called him this morning and he came out this afternoon. He started it while underneath and I drove it to his shop. The part showed up, a mechanic put it in and tried it a few times. I left with a smile! These guys are great!”
