“Automotive Super Center in Kilgore changed the oil and rotated tires on my wife’s Mercedes GLC 300 SUV and did it for approximately half of what the Mercedes dealership charges us. Most smaller shops cannot change the oil in this particular vehicle and told us we’d have get it serviced at Mercedes. So I was thrilled to learn that Automotive Super Center can do it! “I had a crack in my radiator that had a major leak.
I called at 8 am on 1/15/2026 to have it looked at. No charge. They found the issue. We discussed what was needed and they got the part and coolant. The quote to repair was fair compared to the large corporate companies.
They worked in a timely manner to get it repaired. Very respectful and professional.
