“Phenomenal service. Went in on Veterans Day and they were very helpful to honor the discount on oil changes they advertised on the sign. I was the only customer at the time and all the staff greeted me like I was region manager who was going to give them their holiday bonuses. Let me tell you, I’ve worked in retail, I’ve done a similar job at a nation wide tire distributor and this was top notch customer service. Yes there was the upselling of my air filters but they were quick to tell me the price, it was just coincidence they got a customer who is willing to do it themselves. “Sergio, Arturo and Dominick were very professional in servicing my truck, it looked like there was a new hire there being trained and i over heard the reassurances they were giving him in the task he had doing. I was impressed by that. Best of all they offer 25% discount to Veterans and Active Duty. It helps out tremendously when needing the high mileage oil for my vehicle. This will continue to be my “go to” spot.”

“These guys are cool. I usually go on a weekday to do my oil changes, low wait time. I pay for synthetic. They vacuum and bang out my filters. If they see anything that needs attention, they will point it out. Never had a problem.”

“Employee Robert was very polite and explained to me about what was being done to my vehicle and provided me with information on to when to best change an item in my vehicle. I always like coming to this location for the fast and convenient service they provide.
However, I did not appreciate the way the manager Ryan was speaking to the employee who was asking him questions. Very sarcastic and not a professional way of treating an employee in front of a customer. Specially when we can hear the comments. It seemed to me he was trying to embarrass the employee. That was not necessary. It didn’t seem to me a manager trying to build on a employee.”
