“Employee Robert was very polite and explained to me about what was being done to my vehicle and provided me with information on to when to best change an item in my vehicle. I always like coming to this location for the fast and convenient service they provide. However, I did not appreciate the way the manager Ryan was speaking to the employee who was asking him questions. Very sarcastic and not a professional way of treating an employee in front of a customer. Specially when we can hear the comments. It seemed to me he was trying to embarrass the employee. That was not necessary. It didn’t seem to me a manager trying to build on a employee.”

“Great experience at Oil Changers in Mission! I can’t remember all of the gentlemen’s names who helped me, but I do remember a Chris helping me out. Everyone provided excellent customer service and had me in and out very quickly. I also really appreciated that they were honest and didn’t try to change or sell me anything that didn’t actually need to be done. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy service. Highly recommend!”

“I have nothing but good things to say About the manager Tony and the two workers Carlos and Jesse oh my God ! they went above and beyond to help me and figure out some stuff took the time to give me prices and I really appreciate it. Better experience in the last one I had at the same place, Oil changers but it was off of Nolan in 23rd.. Very rude unprofessional didn’t care that they had broken my cap to the radiator fluid thing didn’t offer to get it replaced or they could help me put it back on but at this place off of N 10th St. oil changers they went above and beyond thank you guys so much. I’ll be back to see you soon.!! Highly recommend them they’re down to earth !”

“Phenomenal service. Went in on Veterans Day and they were very helpful to honor the discount on oil changes they advertised on the sign. I was the only customer at the time and all the staff greeted me like I was region manager who was going to give them their holiday bonuses. Let me tell you, I’ve worked in retail, I’ve done a similar job at a nation wide tire distributor and this was top notch customer service. Yes there was the upselling of my air filters but they were quick to tell me the price, it was just coincidence they got a customer who is willing to do it themselves. Anyways, would recommend and I told the service tech to tell the whole team that I thought they did a great job and I appreciated how they treated me.”

“Sergio, Arturo and Dominick were very professional in servicing my truck, it looked like there was a new hire there being trained and i over heard the reassurances they were giving him in the task he had doing. I was impressed by that. Best of all they offer 25% discount to Veterans and Active Duty. It helps out tremendously when needing the high mileage oil for my vehicle. This will continue to be my “go to” spot.”

“I had rodent damage in my car that affected the wiring, and the dealership quoted an extremely high price. I took it to Eagle Automotive, and I’m so glad I did. They fixed the issue professionally and charged three times less than the dealership. The work was done right, the pricing was very reasonable, and the staff was honest and easy to work with. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Eagle Automotive to anyone dealing with car repairs.”

The manager and the tech were both super friendly and explained all of the different things that they did to my vehicle. There was a great courtesy inspection of my lights, and even if you recommendations for things that might need replacing in the near future.
