“Phenomenal service. Went in on Veterans Day and they were very helpful to honor the discount on oil changes they advertised on the sign. I was the only customer at the time and all the staff greeted me like I was region manager who was going to give them their holiday bonuses. Let me tell you, I’ve worked in retail, I’ve done a similar job at a nation wide tire distributor and this was top notch customer service. Yes there was the upselling of my air filters but they were quick to tell me the price, it was just coincidence they got a customer who is willing to do it themselves. “These guys are cool. I usually go on a weekday to do my oil changes, low wait time. I pay for synthetic. They vacuum and bang out my filters. If they see anything that needs attention, they will point it out. Never had a problem.”
