“Phenomenal service. Went in on Veterans Day and they were very helpful to honor the discount on oil changes they advertised on the sign. I was the only customer at the time and all the staff greeted me like I was region manager who was going to give them their holiday bonuses. Let me tell you, I’ve worked in retail, I’ve done a similar job at a nation wide tire distributor and this was top notch customer service. Yes there was the upselling of my air filters but they were quick to tell me the price, it was just coincidence they got a customer who is willing to do it themselves. Anyways, would recommend and I told the service tech to tell the whole team that I thought they did a great job and I appreciated how they treated me.”
“Sergio, Arturo and Dominick were very professional in servicing my truck, it looked like there was a new hire there being trained and i over heard the reassurances they were giving him in the task he had doing. I was impressed by that. Best of all they offer 25% discount to Veterans and Active Duty. It helps out tremendously when needing the high mileage oil for my vehicle. This will continue to be my “go to” spot.”

The manager and the tech were both super friendly and explained all of the different things that they did to my vehicle. There was a great courtesy inspection of my lights, and even if you recommendations for things that might need replacing in the near future. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes, which is awesome because of a busy work schedule. I highly recommend oil changers on Nolana in 23rd!”

“My skid plate got damaged after an oil change. Accidents happen. After speaking with the service manager, Mr. kaufman, he took care of a replacement plate at no cost to me. Nobody's perfect, and self-accountability really says a lot. I highly recommend Sames Quick Lane; they stand behind their work and right any wrongs.”

“Good service provided. Understand the time that would take a car, it’s not fast and easy to do a car. Better to do appointments if you want a fast service, but as everything amazing. Understand sometimes it would take them time due to short staff, and more. They’re humans/people as well. Love the service provided, always tell in details about prices, the time and everything. If want a service fast service, take your time when you know you ain’t going to do anything to do it at Walmarts. Always verify the product is there, love when they check the system and in the floor. They let you know which other stores has more product, with a call they give to the other store for us as customers to know. Jahved, and Jesus great for tires, good quality tires and even if they don’t have they provide you with information of “special orders”. Israel and Alan, good technicians. If any trouble you have of your car and want an advice due to walmart policies of not doing extra maintenance on vehicles, they would let you know, recommend what service to get. Such alignment or any other fluids to be added. They take long on the headlights restoration, sadly there’s no appointment for that, but I understand it does take an hour for the service, so as a customer that took the service recommend to go very early, sacrifice your sleep for a fast service, due to lack of customers in the morning. Battery’s and tires warranty well explained there, and live the prices on any of them. Hope they would do alignment and put any other fluids and check more, but still best service. Recommend this walmart in McAllen no matter which side of the rgv from Edinburg-mission, recommend always Nolana and 29th street Walmart. Been to others, and still prefer this one. Management such as Jaime and Tony, recommend getting your claims to them, they handle any complaint really well. Sadly, I’ve been going recently and one of their registers don’t work, but still as service well recommend, just be patience due to all customer wanting to have done their cars all at once. Fast service mornings, don’t mind the time go any time, and if specific time, recommend set an appointment. Can call beforehand and they would let you know their wait time. Again my trustworthy walmart.”

“I have nothing but good things to say About the manager Tony and the two workers Carlos and Jesse oh my God ! they went above and beyond to help me and figure out some stuff took the time to give me prices and I really appreciate it. Better experience in the last one I had at the same place, Oil changers but it was off of Nolan in 23rd.. Very rude unprofessional didn’t care that they had broken my cap to the radiator fluid thing didn’t offer to get it replaced or they could help me put it back on but at this place off of N 10th St. oil changers they went above and beyond thank you guys so much. I’ll be back to see you soon.!! Highly recommend them they’re down to earth !”
