I went in for a diagnosis and possible repairs. The diagnosis wasn't good. The mechanic told me he could fix it but sorta steered me away from it due to the cost of repairs as compared to the value of the car. I appreciate that.
Now thanks to an accurate diagnosis, I can start making plans to either save for the repairs or save for another car.
He didn't have to do that but he did.

“My boyfriend car was hit from the back on the driver's side 2008 black 300c Mercedes the insurance total it out. But he kept the car I referred precision collision because Allen crew has worked on 2 of my car's prier some years ago. Allen had the car about a week or a little over a week. When the car was ready, he did such an amazing job everything was repaired to the TEE. Paint job was spectacular my boyfriend loved that car, and I told him I knew Allen could do it if can't nobody else could and the price was reasonable also. I just want to thank Allen and his crew for a remarkable job, and we are 100% satisfied with his services and we gladly appreciate them for the fantastic job on the car and the courtesy services we receive from him.”
“My friend and I had his coolant changed about 30 minutes before arriving at this O'Reilly's, as it had turned out the coolant was never filled and causing overheating issues.
Sebastian was working, and talked to us about the problems and what to do. He recommended us a great coolant and why, and even came outside to supervise the coolant filling, offering and expecting to do it himself.
He was absolutely amazing and went well above and beyond his job duties. Got my friend signed up for the rewards program even! I'd highly recommend this O'Reilly's location to anyone needing such a shop just because of Sebastian's stellar service and personality.”

I dealt with Sommer and Sara, and was impressed with their professionalism and attention to customer service. The replacement part was ordered, painted, and ready for installation within a week. I was kept informed all along the way. Installation took 20 minutes.
Daniel performed the installation, and he did an outstanding job. He even took the time to show me the defect/broken piece in my previous door handle. My door handle works perfectly now, and I’m very appreciative.”
