“Haven't left a review bcus a transmission isn't like a restaurant you could review right after eating. So the transmission I wanted to get at least several hundred miles on it before I could even make a fair assumption...so far I'm very pleased with how the transmission is working. Automatic transmission does shift a little hard when slowing down and it shifts into 1st gear.. but from what I've read it could be normal until it's broken in. I'll give it a thousand miles then re evaluate that. But all in all I got a great price, great work, and everything went as planned..thanks Custom transmissions(Barts)Dennis”

“I couldn’t be more impressed with Texas Best Collision Repair. Charles was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and most importantly, he genuinely cares about the quality of the work his shop produces. The pride he takes in his craft really shows.
The price I was charged was very fair and highly competitive compared to several other estimates I received. What stood out most to me was that this is a true local small business run by people who know their trade, not a corporate body shop with random hires doing the work. Charles and his team have serious experience and skill. As someone who spent time around high-end custom fabrication when I was younger, I can say with confidence that these guys are the real deal.
The attention to detail was exceptional. The repair work on my truck was flawless. I inspected every inch closely and the paint match and clear coat texture match was perfect with no fish eyes, overspray, or seams near the edges and bends where most shops cut corners in their prep work. The body panels and trim were perfectly aligned and even. The finish looked factory new, and it’s clear they took the time to do everything right.
They even went the extra mile and fully washed and detailed my truck to a professional standard. I’m completely confident that when I eventually trade this truck in, the paint and bodywork will be completely undetectable.

They put it up on the lift, bingo bango bongo, car sounded like it did new in 2008.How much? $30. What? No way, so I gave them $50. They had me in and out in less than 25 minutes. That's worth more than $30 in time saved.”

This is apparent when seeing his interactions with other customers (who you can tell have been long-term customers). Kat runs the front desk and I cannot say enough about her. When you have someone who has that perfect mixture of kindness and professionalism, well that's special. And they hit the jackpot with Kat.Their waiting room is clean and inviting. Prices are fair and all though I've not had extensive repairs, I have no doubt they are not in the business of gouging their clients.My first visit there was on one of the worst days I've had in a long time. “My check engine light was on, my car was running horrible, and for real, it was bouncing around, idk, it was bad.
I went to a few other places and they told me they had no idea what was wrong. I was a little nervous because its in the corner, almost hidden, but they're good people. Spanish friendly, thankfully.
They had my car for about 48 hours, cost me a little more than I wanted, but they got my Dart fixed after 4 other shops couldnt figure it out, and im glad someone told me where to find them.”

“Great Shop, Friendly and Fair. I stoped by asking for sway bar bushings replacement and they checked my car and advised I needed the Struts replaced. They quoted the cost of labor and I furnish the parts. I had the parts shipped directly to the shop and the next day they did the job in a couple of hours. “If I could give 6 stars, it STILL wouldn't be enough to express my gratitude. The level of customer service is night and day compared to other collision repair places I've used in the past. (Caliber, in case you're wondering).
There was an Enterprise on site that was able to give me the same model car as mine, which is HUGE for me because I am neurodivergent (AuDHD) and DON'T do well with changes such as that. When I got frustrated while trying take and upload pictures of my car damages, the Enterprise employee on-site went out of his way to assist me.
I was delighted that after only a couple of days I was getting periodic text updates that included an accurate estimate of when my car was completed, a detailed breakdown of the cost of damages, my deductible, PLUS a search tool on their website which would let me know EXACTLY where my car was in the process. When my car was completed ( WHICH WAS ONLY ONE WEEK LATER!!!!!!!), they called me promptly to let me know it was ready, and when I asked about payment plans, they recommended that I talk to my insurance company about adjusting the deductible. Despite being refused on that, I was still able to get the rental covered for a few extra days while I awaited a call, which wouldn't have been the case if the guy @CC didn't tell me to call my adjuster as soon as my car was ready. When insurance wouldn't work with me on the deductible, the assistant manager at crash champions cut my deductible in half and when I was running late to pick up my car, they kept the office open for me past closing. Finally, as I was looking my car over, I realized that they had buffed the scratches out of the other side of my bumper that was scratched in a hit and run. At this point I to was in tears. I've already referred my manager to CC, and I will continue to spread the word about the incredible treatment I received there.”

“I initially took my car in to another shop for a fuel related issue. Since the car is a diesel, the other mechanic couldn’t get the problem resolved after being at his shop for over two years. Finally, I had my vehicle towed to Sam and Joe’s and the diesel mechanic got my car running. I’ve only been driving it for a couple of days, but at this point, I’m greatly satisfied with the work that was done on my car. They were quick and efficient..a little more than I wanted to pay, but I’m able to drive my daily driver now. Each time I’ve come to you, even with my other Mercedes, you were able to get my car repaired in a timely manner and you were very professional. Thank you much!!”
