“Loved that my boy was so well taken care of! This is one of the few places that you can board your pet cat while you're out of town. I absolutely loved the smooth drop off and pick up process. We got the luxury suite for our boy and he was so happy every time they took him out for cuddles and exploring. We just picked him up today and he was so sweet and happy on the way home. “We absolutely love Olivia! She takes such wonderful care of our pomsky (half Pomeranian, half Husky), who has a lot of fur, and she is always incredibly patient and never rushes through his appointment. If you’re not exactly sure what you want, Olivia is so helpful with recommendations that will work best for your dog. You can tell she genuinely loves the animals she works with and treats them like they’re her own. Our dog always looks amazing and is so comfortable with her … we wouldn’t trust anyone else!”
“They did a wonderful job on my cockapoo, always makes her look beautiful!!Update- Here's before and after photos! Look at her backside looking horrible like this !!! This is the 2nd time I've taken my dog here and they shaved her hair down bare!! She's a cockapoo and they say she was matted. I can assure she's been brushed and combed with no problems at home. She's been to other groomers this is the only place that says they want to shave as soon as we come and charge the same expensive fee for a cockapoo cut!! Never again.”

“I don't mind if you make a mistake as a business as long as you make it right and this company did!!! In a very big way!! My 6 year old had a flock of chickens as pets that were killed recently by a dog. She was devastated and I have been very troubled in trying to track down some replacements. I was told by the Granbury location to be at their location at 8am or I would miss the opportunity to get any baby chicks. I took time off from work and showed up in the pouring rain to be there 10 minutes early so as not to miss the opportunity. To my surprise no chicks! Cathy did apologize to me and said they normally don't do this but I would be put on a list and the first call when they come in the next day. Next day came and no call. So next morning I reached out again and to my surprise I was told all the chicks had sold. They apologized again and agreed they had dropped the ball but I would have to wait another week for a new shipment : ( I decided to start calling every Russel's location and drive any distance for my daughter. My 1st call was the Weatherford location, Rock answered and I explained the situation. He offered to call and find me the chicks! I couldn't believe it and in just a few minutes I was contacted by corporate who had located some in Haltom City. Jessica and Cassandra from that location allowed me to pick the breeds and drove them to Granbury so I could pick them up closer to home. I’m so impressed with how these locations all came together to take care of me and make things right for my daughter. They have won my business for life!!!”

“I’ve had my dog for 4 months now and her first grooming went terribly! (At another location) the experience was a nightmare and I was so scared to take her to get groomed again. I recently moved to Mansfield and this petsmart was close by so I decided to give it a chance. Upon arrival I was greeted and introduced to Liv. She said she’d be the one taking care of my babygirl. She said it would take her the full 4 hours. It ended up being 6, BUT Liv called me and told me how Stormi was doing and that the reason it took some time was to truly get her used to being on the table and getting used to the blow dryer. I absolutely LOVE the fact that she was patient with her and made sure she was comfortable as well as me. When I picked her up she even stated that she would love to groom her again. Liv, THANK YOU for the amazing experience!! I will always come back for your amazing services!!

“Great assortment of fish! The owners were both super helpful and thoughtful. I was looking for a pair of ‘centerpiece fish’ for my community tank. They suggested about 5 different fish types and size reference for full maturity. I lived 5 minutes up the road and have frequented Petsmart and Petco for fish needs. I’ll be shopping here now. The fish I picked up was a pair of Discus. Thanks Again!”
“This place is the best. Without the doggie daycare, our relocation would've been more difficult. They take such good care of our dog while she's there. I love the fact there's a vet clinic on site. We've never had a problem with staff or cleanliness. If there's ever a line, it's not because the team is sitting around doing nothing. They really care about the dogs and cats there.
