“I would like to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by Kamron, the manager at NTB Tire & Service Centers in The Colony.
When I initially had my tires replaced in January, a wheel lock unfortunately became stripped. I only became aware of the issue about two months later when I returned for a wheel alignment and it was discovered at that time. Although Kamron was not the manager at this location when the original service was performed, he immediately stepped in and took ownership of ensuring the situation would be properly resolved.
During my first visit to address the issue, the process was taking longer than my schedule allowed. Kamron and I agreed that I would return the following Monday, and he assured me that my vehicle would be made a priority.
True to his word, when I arrived Kamron came out to greet me right away, clearly explained what needed to be done, and provided an accurate timeframe. Everything was handled exactly as he said it would be.
While issues can occasionally happen in any service environment, what truly stands out is the way they are handled. Kamron demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and a genuine commitment to customer care. His professionalism and sense of responsibility reflect the kind of leadership that builds trust with customers.

“I’ve had multiple interactions with this business the two gentlemen that you will deal with honest and they know what they’re talking about. I was very surprised when they knew about foreign vehicles as an Independent advanced engine performance specialist I can see straight through the bullshit, but there was none of that. They do go above and beyond and that’s an understatement. If you take your vehicle here you know for sure that you will get way much better and a piece of mine then you would at a dealership or anywhere else. If you have a vehicle doesn’t matter what type of vehicle it is they can actually do it. They’re very well equipped and the diversity there. I love it. They literally do everything that a dealership does much more cheaper for the same quality if not actually better they believe in this saying that we all know if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it they don’t care about the money as in if you tell them you want this done, but it doesn’t need to be touched. They will tell you it does not need to be fixed or touched. They’re not money hungry they’re very convenient. There is not enough good things to say about this business so if I would have to recommend, I would recommend them to My performance buddies in this industry including my personal friends and anybody else I love this place. I love the people that work here now we’re family.”

I had been hearing my brakes grinding. I picked up new pads and rotors, all the way around, prior to arriving, had them in the back seat. Spoke with Mo. fantastic guy, with great customer service skills. He was very friendly, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Left the truck in their hands,
I got a text back, in an hour and a half, (exactly as stated, which I wasn’t sure was possible) saying your vehicle is ready. Brakes are perfect. Thanks TSSC, for being dependable, I’ll be back”

“I came here today for my state inspection. I don't know if they do appointments, but I came and was helped quickly by (the owner?), Al. After I was helped, a mechanic named Zeddie came in and introduced himself and asked me if I had been helped. He definitely knew how to approach a customer, which is not easy to do it to learn. I was impressed with how professionally he introduced himself and wanted to make sure that I had been helped.
My car failed to pass the inspection the first time, but then I came back later and passed. I didn't have to wait and they were nice about it.

“Mike's Offroad installed a BesTop *eTop* on my new Jeep. To be honest, I was a little nervous about having it installed, but after speaking with the staff at Mike's offroad, they set my worries at ease. They installed it perfectly without complications and I'm very happy with the quality of their work.
I could tell from speaking with them that they actually care about their work, and about customer satisfaction. A+ rating from me and would recommend them if you need some work done on your vehicle.
They also went above and beyond. The guys who installed my car audio system left a lot of the hidden wires a jumbled mess when they installed. When the guys at Mike's Offroad saw it, they straightened it all out, put some wire seperators on it and cleaned the mess for me, which I do appreciate very much. My personality is to be very organized and tidy.
