“I've always had good luck a Craig's Car Care. They are very competent and honest with thier quotes and repairs. The turn around times are great.
I came to Craig's after needing diagnostics and the dealership wanted to sit on the car for 7-10 days before diagnostics would even be performed. I had diagnostics and a quote within 48 hours on that trip. That was two years ago and they are my go to now for advanced car problems.”

“Fantastic experience, there was a young man who came out to greet and assist me as I was crossing the parking lot and heading to the door. He was welcoming and helpful.
I needed a State Inspection, the Inspector was Ricky and again, fantastic. There was an issue with my gas cap, he educated me, just next door was an auto part store so he let me get a new one that worked great. His personality was kind and welcoming, knowledge was impressive and speed was helpful as I needed to get back to work.
I've had two interactions with this location over the past two years and both were above par.”

“Oh my goodness!!! It’s so hard to find good service, but today 8/10/24 was such a blessed day! I came in as a walk-in with several issues with my truck, and the team greeted and treated me like they truly care. Anthony and the crew educated me on some things and made sure my truck had everything it needed.
I would also like to point out that I brought my iPad with some work to do while in their clean waiting room, but I didn’t even get to finish my work because the service was so quick.
My truck is running better than it ever has thanks to Anthony and the team. I’m still in utter disbelief because I’ve never felt so at ease at a mechanic shop. I will definitely be going back to this location with my truck and my wife’s car going forward. I’m blessed beyond measure!”

“I took my vehicle to this shop yesterday for the first time. I'm not that mechanically savvy, but I ended walking away much more educated on understanding my vehicle's routine maintenance schedule based on its mileage; from how the parts of my vehicle work that currently needed replacing to how to spot scammers from other non-PRO car care facilities.
This is a legit PRO Auto Servicing business that will do what is in the best interest of the customer and will advise and recommend accordingly any and all necessary routine maintenance servicing and repairs. Based on my first experience, I had a budget, and the shop was able to stay within that budget. There was a service recommended based on my mileage that did go slightly over that budget, but they communicated that before doing the repair. It gave my wife and I the opportunity to discuss whether or not we wanted to go over that budget to repair what was needed. All in all, we got quality service with high quality parts with a vehicle that works and runs a lot better after the fact. Overall, their mechanical knowledge, step by step communication and sincere care for the customer, is truly top-notch!
I definitely recommend ALL PRO to anyone looking for a worry-free, high quality auto care servicing experience. In fact, this place was so good I'm even contemplating driving out of my home state more often to bring my vehicle down here for any and all future routine maintenance needs.

“I have been doing business here for over 10 years now. They are always very quick and efficient, and they do superior work without the premium price of your typical Kwik Kar or Jiffy Lube. They are a locally owned small business. If they don't do great work, people will stop coming, and they will be out of business. I highly recommend them!
Wow! I read several of the one star reviews today and I'm baffled. I'm not sure if The reviews are fake, or if the reviewers are confused about which place they went to, or if there's some other reason of which I am not aware. But these guys do quality work consistently. There is absolutely no way that anybody there would ever yell at a customer.
They've never tried to scam me or take advantage of any of my female children (4) who they don't even know are my children. I check the oil level myself after every oil change and it is always correct. I also check for oil leaks because they can be devastating. Never had a problem with either.
They have never broken anything or done anything stupid. Maybe it's a Jekyll and Hyde situation. Maybe when I'm not there they go insane and transform into the monster from the Bugs Bunny cartoon. That seems unlikely though, so I do not understand the motivation for the one star reviews.
I had a vehicle with 286,000 miles on it before it was wrecked and every oil change it ever had after I purchased it was done here. I currently have two vehicles with over 200,000 mi on them and all of their oil changes have been done here since I acquired them. All three of them had the original engines.
The point is, they do great work. Don't let yourself be influenced by the bad reviews.”

“If I could give more stars I would, I was heading out of the DFW area to go on a vacation when my truck started leaking oil and I had to make an emergency stop which happened to be right outside Laps Auto. Larry the owner without hesitation helped me re-torque my oil filter and topped off my oil and got my truck back on the road.
It could have been very easy for this shop to tell me to wait till tomorrow or to make an appointment before they serviced my truck but they managed to not only prevent me from damaging my truck but got me back on the road incredibly fast so that I could still enjoy my trip. The folks here are the salt of the earth and I would recommend their services to anyone in the Wylie area.”
