“I LOVE my car... and I don't trust anyone to work on it other than me usually... but my tools won't work for this job. I trust these folks!! The guys who work here are incredibly polite not to just me, but every person who came in the door the few times I've been here. The first time I came, I got a quote and advice on how I could do it not only cheaper but they also advised me on other ideas and how to take care of a few other car parts at home like my passenger outside mirror. What made me trust this place is when I was waiting on my first quote, the mechanic made sure to let the lady checking out that the oil change she has is good for 5k miles not the regular 3k. She thanked him and didn't know that about synthetic oil and has been scammed before. Little things like this show integrity. I know I can trust not only my car with this location, but my wallet too. Thank you for not taking advantage of unsuspecting women, that really shows character!!!”

“We had an awesome experience with them! Our car wouldn't shift into gear, lights wouldn't work, and kept blowing fuses. Couldn't figure it out at all. Every shop wanted at least $100 to even look at it. The guy in the shop gave us advice and my husband fixed it himself (we couldn't afford to pay a mechanic and the guy helped as much as he could) also went in another time to get my oil changed and they were done in like 10 minutes with no wait. =) it's hard to find an honest mechanic these days.”

“So thankful for the team at Kwik Kar! While driving to work this morning several alarming lights came on. I pulled into the Kwik Kar and explained what had happened and they said it could just be the sensors acting up on this rainy day, but they would run the codes for me to find out. They were able to tell me which codes my car was throwing and since it was the transmission that needed work, they suggested a transmission place that would be able to rebuild it instead of just replacing it. They also didn’t charge me anything for the help. Thank you for making my stressful day a little bit better!”

“The service was quick, detailed, and polite! Yes, all oil change businesses try to upsell, because that's their business. I had a synthetic oil change because it required me to change the fluid less frequently hence less inconvenience and better performance. I have nothing but praise for their service. Just learn to say no when telling you something that might be true but you don't want to pay for. They honored the Senior's pricing as well which was a bonus! Highly recommend it because of the quickness of service. It would have been a nice extra if they vacuumed out the front seat floorboard.”

They fixed it and had me in my way in 2.5h.It was expensive, but did not have time to check around for other shops cost.It was probably reasonable for what they did. I am just not 100% that they did a tad more than absolutely necessary as I asked for to up sell a bit.Like anyone else. If I can 100% trust pricing and the quality is good, I'll bring all 4 card when I need something and not look around.Not quite there yet.”
