“Armando was awesome, took the time to make sure we knew all the safety guidelines and made it a lot of fun!!! The championship belt was great, along with the props and throne chair they have for pictures. They also allow you to bring drinks so that was a plus! Definitely recommend this place! Will be back!”

“Four star hotel. Class operation with excellent service. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Indoor pool is covered and useable all year regardless of weather conditions. The bar is well run and the food choices are delicious. The buffet breakfast is loaded with delicious choices. Ordered an omelet too. The atrium is spacious and beautiful. Valet parking is a must if you want to drive to nearby restaurants and entertainment venues. Proximity to Cityline restaurants is a plus. Whether you are staying for business or pleasure, you won't find a better nights sleep.”
“Amazing place if you want to play board games with your friends!! I went there at late night (10-11PM) just because my friends and I want to play board games. The gentleman (manager) welcomed us with great hospitality. You can borrow a bunch of games for free. Huge collections of board games. Feels like it's a museum.”

“A great comedy club in Richardson. It reminded me of watching a comedy in New York. All the comics were really funny. There were around 10 or more comedians that night. All of them were hilarious.”

“Had a Family Reunion Event at the Heard Craig Center October 21, 2023. The Garden was perfect for outdoor games, table talking set ups, and family meals. Utilized the Carriage House as well for the kitchen use, layout tables for family photos, and the ease of a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. It all was the perfect venue for our reunion of 40. Thank you for wonderful, beautiful memories! We are all planning to meet there again next October!”
“Visited for Texas Balloon Festival. It was an unique experience and would love to visit again. Kindly keep in mind that you need to step in and step out 3hrs timeframe along with actual event as there's a huge rush while accessing the area. Wish they fix the parking and accessibility issues. Physically challenged parking was very hard to find during the event as well and saw many elderly people walking around 1.2Miles.
The space within the arena is wide enough for large audience. Have nice time here”

“Stopped by to view the venue for an upcoming event I need to plan. The outside area is beautiful. The main room is smaller than what I need. It would be good for maybe 100 people or less to sit comfortably and be able to move around.”

“Zander's house does special events, catering and special event dining. They are not a regular restaurant. They serve very good, high quality traditional banquet foods for weddings and celebrations. I personally have had their catered food many times but having it at the actual event center was much better.”

“Location and service are amazing. Light switches were broken, tub stained and light on microwave is broken. Staff is amazing and said they were willing to fix it right away or after we leave.”
“The place is nice and clean. People were nice. The graduation went awesome. Bathrooms were clean also. The parking could have been better. Even though I had a graduate with me in the car, I still had to pay the 15$ to park. And if you plan to eat or drink, bring enough money 2 drinks and 1 small m&m was 15.00.”

In the camp, all of the coaches have been so patient, encouraging, and super helpful and effective in teaching ice skating and hockey fundamentals. “Our kids have a lot of fun every time we've visited this place. There's also arcade upstairs for older kids or even younger ones if they get tired of the jungle gym/maze downstairs. There's also food court here but we've never eaten there, so can't really comment. You can also earn prizes after earning enough points on the arcade games.”
