“For our family gathering, we wanted a place where family and friends many of whom had traveled from out of town could gather, relax, and make lasting memories together. Blue Heron Landing was the perfect choice. My family was in awe of the beautiful venue and peaceful surroundings it provided the perfect setting for everyone to spend quality time together. The kids especially loved the petting zoo and seeing the animals. It was such a unique touch that made the experience even more memorable for our family and friends. We are grateful for the wonderful experience and highly recommend Blue Heron Landing for family gatherings and special events. “Coach Caden has been amazing! Maya absolutely loves his classes, and we have seen tremendous improvement in her tumbling skills since he became her coach. He is patient, encouraging, and creates a positive and fun environment.

He is also extremely knowledgeable and does a great job explaining exactly where a skill needs improvement and how to correct it. His instructions are clear, and he truly helps each athlete reach their potential. I am very happy with Maya’s progress and highly recommend Coach Caden. “4 stars because M**** held her own on Sunday for my baby’s 5th birthday & it wasn’t a complete disaster. I rented out LG & it was a mix of neurodivergent & neurotypical kids. More neurodivergent. It was a little harder to round all the kids up & participate at times but the kids had a great time regardless. Our two host were M**** & L*****. I had to approach M* about L* because it did not look like she wanted to be there. She was irritated & M* was doing the bulk of the work & some of the parents started to take notice. I approached M* & politely told her that if L* couldn’t cheer up , could she go to the front? Once relayed to L* , she decided to sit in the front for the duration of the party & M* was left to host the remainder of the party by herself. She was great host! But , I won’t bring my kid here again.
This’ll be the second time I’ve rented out a Little gym for my kids birthday. First one was in Richardson & I’d probably go back to that one instead. Thanks M**** , you did great 💙”

“This event venue is ???. I've been here a few times for vendor events with the Texas Winos but definitely will be looking into hosting something here. Great space for parties, reunions, baby showers, you name it lol. The owner is super cool as well, she's very sweet”

“The Space on West Main was the absolute perfect venue to host my 50th Birthday Sneaker Ball! From the moment we walked in, the space was clean, bright, and absolutely gorgeous. The building itself creates such a beautiful atmosphere for any celebration.

What I appreciated most was how comfortably it accommodated all of my guests while still feeling stylish and welcoming. Everything flowed seamlessly, and the space truly helped make the event feel special and memorable.

“Little Wren Weddings was the perfect venue for our daughter's wedding. Krista was amazing to work with. She responds quickly, accommodating, informative, and pleasant. The bridal cottage and groom's waiting area are spacious and perfect for getting ready. The chapel and reception area are quaint and simple yet elegant. We acoomodated our 65 guests comfortably. Would highly recommend this venue.”

“Our local mom group was looking for an inside venue to host an event. 40 families; 150 people total. Jeff was so accommodating, and worked with us from start to finish, to help us have the best experience possible! The space was beautiful, clean, and organized. The families had plenty of space to move about, and there were plenty of different rooms to host different activities in. It worked out perfectly, and there was fun to be had by all! If you're looking for a large space to host an event, definitely give them a call! Worth every penny!”

“The Castle at Rockwall is a beautiful venue with natural light and large open rooms that accommodated all of our guests. It was a convenient location for the reception and wedding since all were in one space. We had lots of children at our wedding and it was a perfect space to host families with children. The kids had so much fun being in a castle! Angela was easy to work with and gave us all the information we needed to make the planning process simple. We had an amazing wedding at the Castle and would recommend this venue to anyone!”

“Full disclosure, this comment is very biased :), I love the owner :). We hosted my daughter's welcome dinner for her wedding. But this space is very elegant and beautiful and you can add anything to make this space special and personal for your event. I have seen many events taken place, from baby showers to celebration of life; from corporate events to non-profit events. There are numerous options of table and seat arrangements that will fit your needs. But if you choose to not further decorate, it is beautiful as it is. There is also the beautiful bar :).”

“Visited for Texas Balloon Festival. It was an unique experience and would love to visit again. Kindly keep in mind that you need to step in and step out 3hrs timeframe along with actual event as there's a huge rush while accessing the area. Wish they fix the parking and accessibility issues. Physically challenged parking was very hard to find during the event as well and saw many elderly people walking around 1.2Miles.

The space within the arena is wide enough for large audience. Have nice time here”

The best attitudes, customer service and so professional. The whole team was a joy to work with and the ceremony and reception were beautiful. The venue was clean and well manicured. “Last week, we celebrated a birthday party at Meridian Event Venue in Fairview, Texas, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, the management team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire planning process. They made everything smooth and stress-free for us.

“Not really much to say. I only came here for a graduation which I pretty much missed because I had to park so far away plus pay for the parking. Im only giving 5 stars because I assume this review is in reference to the building and not the parking🤷‍♀”

“This is my go-to theater. The staff keeps all public parts of the building meticulously clean. While waiting for friends to arrive, I have seen the ticket screener sweep, clean the counters, and tidy up the condiment bar, yet they never make anyone wait to go into the theater. Inside the theaters, upon entry, there is never leftover food, sticky tables, or chairs. I have never encountered anything broken or malfunctioning inside the theaters. The concession counter is rarely crowded, and when it is, they service the customers efficiently, quickly, and correctly. I have never witnessed them without fresh, hot popcorn. They fill the containers to overflowing, and I have rarely received more than 2-3 unpopped kernels. About the staff: most are young, all do their job well, and almost all are friendly and courteous. The screens are large, the picture is crisp, and the sound is good. I do wish this theater had an IMAX theater.”

“The staff at Kid Mania are amazing. They are quick to respond to guests’ needs, and they show willingness to go above and beyond. In one visit, I needed a pen to write on a birthday card, and ice when someone’s child bumped their head. It sounds simple, but at other places like Main Event and Celebration Station, in my experience, the staff act confused and put-out when approached. Not the folks at Kid Mania - they came through for me without hesitation. Just people helping people. I really appreciated that. They looked me in the eye and treated me with respect and kindness. It made all the difference to my family.”

“We spent about an hour at Nickelrama @ Firewheel, and honestly, it was fun. It wasn’t crowded or loud, which made it even better. The quiet, laid-back atmosphere made it easy to actually enjoy the games without feeling overwhelmed.
That said, a lot of the machines are pretty old. Some of them ate coins, a few coin return buttons didn’t work, and a couple of ticket machines were broken. There were games where you could hear the ticket-printing sound, but no tickets came out, and in some machines it seemed like they were just out of ticket paper.
Normally that would be annoying, but it didn’t really ruin the experience for me. Since tickets are just for exchanging prizes anyway, I didn’t take it too seriously. Overall, I still had a good time and enjoyed myself.
It was a nice way to casually pass time, and I’d say it’s worth stopping by once in a while if you want something low-key and fun??”

“I was very hesitant to rent the room because of the reviews but I had to cancel the one I already had and change to this one, if it is necessary that they turn on the air and renew everything but I would rent it again, they are very affordable with the packages and they have good price, the cake is very delicious and they decorate to your liking”

“Always love going to Strike + Reel! We mainly go for the movies and food, but occasionally we hang at the bar and play arcade games. The weekend is always busy so plan accordingly. But if you want chill weekday vibes, this is the place! We are premium members here and get lots of perks. I always try to point people in the direction of S+R.”

“LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel. I travel to Dallas quite frequently for work and began staying here about 3 years ago. Because I love it so much, I have convinced all my coworkers who also travel to Dallas to stay here too.
The morning bistro staff is the MAIN reason that I come here. She remembers me, my order and treats me like family. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. Hospitality is a very demanding job but she is always pleasant and it just really makes my day.”

“Booking ahead of time was a great save for us because we got in late. Brooke was real nice when checking in and when we got to the room the TV remote didn't work but Brooke was able to get us another one which did work. The room was nice and clean and the water was hot on the 5th floor. I did notice that the hotel was built in 09 and renovated in 16 and you could tell with some things in the room. However the room was great for our stay. The next day the lady at the front never spoke a word to us when we was upfront that morning but the guy later that day did speak and was helpful. The breakfast was absolutely on point and one of the better ones around with lots of choices! The fitness center is really only for those who do cardio, tho they did have some free weights. Close to a Walmart and academy and several places to eat in walking distance.”
