I came into T-Mobile expecting to spend an hour dealing with phones, plans, and the usual wireless headaches. Instead, I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.
Alyssa greeted me with a smile, knew exactly what she was talking about, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and somehow made the whole process actually enjoyable. She was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and had a personality that made it feel like I was talking to someone I’d known for years instead of a salesperson.
She didn’t try to push things I didn’t need. She explained everything clearly, found the best options for me, and made sure I left understanding my new service. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely seems to care that you’re happy before you walk out the door.
If every T-Mobile employee were like Alyssa, I don’t think anyone would ever switch carriers.

“Had a great experience at this 7 eleven. Greeted as soon as I entered and decided to get something from the taco bar, Daniel put me onto a good deal. Two tacos, nachos and a drink for $5. He even took the time to make some new tortilla chips for me since the ones premade were a little burnt. At checkout was helped by this chill taller guy with dreads. He told me to enjoy my meal and you bet I did. Tacos were yummy! Great customer service from both of them. Thanks bros!”
“I was completely blown away how great the service was at this location. I came in upset with my phone because I couldn't get it to do what I wanted it to do. Francisco and Maria both took care of me. Not only were they eager to fix the situation, they did it in less than 5 minutes. It didn't cost me a dime either and they wouldn't accept anything for it. These 2 workers not only made me feel welcome and valuable as a customer, but they also made me a customer for life at this particular branch. Well done Metro at South Houston.”
