I came into T-Mobile expecting to spend an hour dealing with phones, plans, and the usual wireless headaches. Instead, I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.
Alyssa greeted me with a smile, knew exactly what she was talking about, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and somehow made the whole process actually enjoyable. She was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and had a personality that made it feel like I was talking to someone I’d known for years instead of a salesperson.
She didn’t try to push things I didn’t need. She explained everything clearly, found the best options for me, and made sure I left understanding my new service. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely seems to care that you’re happy before you walk out the door.
If every T-Mobile employee were like Alyssa, I don’t think anyone would ever switch carriers.
I honestly walked in expecting to buy a phone plan and walked out wondering if T-Mobile secretly hires customer service superheroes.

Francisco and Maria both took care of me. Not only were they eager to fix the situation, they did it in less than 5 minutes. It didn't cost me a dime either and they wouldn't accept anything for it.
