One of the employees was rude to an old lady who didnt understand what to do while trying to tap to pay and she wasnt wearing a name tag, kept checking watch and hollering when store closed while we were already in line

Cashier said she don’t change prices the vendor does is it that hard to remove or honor price if it rings up incorrect at the time of checkout mess everywhere in store definitely not coming back if I could rate it 0 stars I would have
