“I love dollar tree stores but they are no longer $1.00. They have gone up to $1.25. And they have added merchandise that is above that price so maybe they should consider either changing their name or go back to being a dollar store. I love to purchase cleaning supplies and candy for my kids. The Halloween season is always fun for us and I buy bags and candy for my kids and their friends from school. Anyway, this store will always have good profit margins no matter what chaos is happening in our country. Happy shopping!

“Mr. Carlos' attention was excellent, he helped us in everything, very attentive, very friendly, he motivated us to buy, but we left quickly because it is too hot in the store and I noticed that several customers left and did not manage to buy for the same reason that it is very hot, the employees sweaty, but with a very good attitude.”

“I went in to.get a store gift card..cashier asked me what is it for? And I was being scammed and she stopped me from purchasing it.

“I love coming here because the ladies working are always super sweet and always greet customers walking in. They make the customers feel very welcome!
However, there's always various homeless men hanging out in front of the store, asking for money as you leave. I noticed many customers actually give them money, so yeah of course they keep coming back.
It shouldn't be up to these women to approach these men and make them leave, as it could be dangerous, but this issue needs to be handled, as it's been going on for years. Sometimes I straight up leave and go somewhere else when I pull up and see a man there.”

I just want to give a big shout-out to this store in Pasadena! It is one of the first stores I have seen that is so organized, clean, and well-kept.
I was there Sunday morning, and I was very impressed by the friendly and helpful service. A special thank you to the sales associate, Katrine, and to the manager for being so friendly, helpful, and hardworking.
It is always nice to see employees who take pride in their store and care about their customers. Great job! 👏👏”
“I enjoy going to Dollar Tree (even if it is misnamed). They have a variety of items that are inexpensive. I am able to get some of the items I use for my art projects here. They also have really cute reading glasses, which are a necessity for me. Definitely recommend for bargain hunters!!!”
“First time ever I got attitude from a cashier. Cashiers always friendly except for today. Cashier long tinted hair had poor attitude. More interest in her phone than helping me out. Wouldn’t even move out of the way when I was walking to the checkout. Had to ask her to move and when she wouldn’t I had to walk around her. Just stood there in front of me. At the cash register no greeting. Just scanned my purchases and grunted a little. Oh well.”

“Hello to everyone. I wanted to let shoppers know that this is one of best Family Dollar stores in this area! I had to get a big package of water last night and my left arm is weak from having a masectomy. My cashier Robert (Rob) was kind enough to get me a package of water that was not damaged as I had grabbed one that was and take it to my car for me! He knew I was having trouble lifting and i was so grateful for the help! There is another employee there that has halped me too, but since i dont remember her name, i will write another review to make sure she receives proper credit for what she has done for me. Thank you!!!”
