“After the new gym opened up, I considered switching just because it was visually pleasing. But the peace of being practically alone in this gym at any time of the day..is literally priceless. I have the same routine and I’ve never had to change that because a “machine is busy.” If large crowds overwhelm you, this place is definitely the best investment you can make on yourself. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the rr is a little outdated and it doesn’t feel like a “private gym restroom.” Again, overall this gym is elite compared to any other gym in the area.”

“I've been coming to this gym for the last week. And been using the personal trainer, and they have helped me with my inspiration in my routine to stay focused on bettering my body. And they are very intelligent and have shared collaborations with the sports medicine level of therapy to help me recover from my spinal degeneration and gain the strength back. So I can walk upright and have core. Strength, and when I ended up getting injured, they helped me with mild resistance training.I just thank you, guys met some people in the gym as well.And thank you , neighbors , it's been a good experience and if I could afford to keep using the personal trainer, I would, they did the best that they could to keep that relationship flowing, but they are hard pressed by the corporation to get you to sign up in personal training is not cheap, but for me, it has been worth it completely worth it.Thank you you guys”
“Some of the equipment is getting warn down and TV is out in the men's locker room. Locker rooms is getting a lot more litter, it's summer time. Door to spa entry needs to be fixed.”
