“I absolutely love this place! I stayed here a couple weeks ago and im already back for a little vacation home away from home. The rooms are always spotless, the location is very convient, and front desk are so kind and helpful. They honor 3 party booking sites which i really like, and the checking in process is aways smooth. The hotel is located right next to a bunch of food spots for walking or doordashing is so convenient. The front desk is open 24 hours and everyone is so freaking kind. I feel very safe here (since im usually a solo traveler, this is really important). All the rooms have microwaves and fridges and huge T.Vs. there's plenty of storage and counter space/tables. Fresh towels, fresh sheets and the place smells amazing...ALWAYS super super clean. I really do love this hotel! There's free breakfast too, you can make your own waffles, have cereal of your choice, fresh fruit, oatmeal, toast, bagels, an assortment of juices and teas/coffee, etc. They have a computer and plenty of seating in the lobby as well. 10/10 experience everything! Thank you guys??❤️”

“One of the best places to stay in Pasadena, conveniently close to Houston. I stayed here for 3 days and had a really comfortable experience.
From check in at the reception to the restaurant service, the entire staff was extremely supportive, polite and professional. The rooms were spacious, perfectly clean, tidy and well arranged with all the basic amenities. Proper hygienic conditions are well maintained throughout the hotel which makes the stay even more comfortable and worry-free.
They serve a buffet breakfast every morning while lunch and dinner are available with an à la carte menu service. The food was average but included vegetarian options which was a plus.
Another highlight is the free transportation provided to nearby shops like Walmart and Best Buy. They even give a $5 coupon for the Houston Space Center, which is a thoughtful touch for travelers.
Overall, it was a relaxing, hygienic and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pasadena or Houston.”

“My family & I stayed here 9/10-9/13. It's decent and checked all the boxes that we needed for our brief stay in town. Although the rooms are a bit older and there maybe some cosmetic touch ups needed here and there but most important to me is that it's clean. At a decent price point we were able to workout in the workout facility, go for a swim at night, have free breakfast, get gas next door with quick access to the freeway. Then come back later on that day to a refreshed room. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning ladies did a great job refreshing my room. Lee-Lee that works the breakfast is awesome! Lee-Lee was so fun & friendly and felt like family, which made our stay even better.”

“This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced in Houston. Staff was the absolute best. I forgot her name but I believe it's Danielle. She need a raise. She for sure have the best customer service. I will only book here from now on the Houston area. Only issue was my fridge wasn't cold. Baby from her service I didn't even complain or care. Everything else was 10 out of 10 from breakfast, cleaning, checking in to make sure I'm good, towels, the pool, washer and dryer and the gym. ? love it here. If that's not her name tell her forgive me but I checked in at 3pm on Saturday June 8. Tell her I will see her in July?”

Safe without attention and suspicious character compared to other motels in the area.
The bed is very large as well as the fridge, closet and shower. It’s impressive walk room for being a motel. 5/5

And the placement of the key scanner for the gate is not as visible to go in- and very awkwardly place to leave out of the gate.”

“The day i arrived to Pasadena i was looking for a hotel to sleep during the next day in the morning because i was going to work night shift.
Called this hotel and i spoke to manager, he said he was going to do everything in his hands to try tocget me a room next morning.
I finished my shift and went to the hotel, he didn't have rooms but somehow he honored his word and pulled a King sized room for me, just as i had told him
I appreciate that he honored his word and took care of me.
Bed sheets are folded daily, towels are changed daily and the make sure rooms are clean everyday. I will definitely stay here from now on.
I forgot to add that the lever that flushed the toilet was broken and he IMMEDIATELY took care of it.”

“The mattress are hard. I have stayed at other SpringHill Suites (Lindale, TX - amazing mattress). Also no lotion options (travel or dispensary in the suite). Nice room overall. Liked that the porcelain furniture was in a separate room from the shower. Nice size closet, sitting area with sofa w/ trundle and desk space.”
“The room was great, also the people at the FD. For the price you pay, its very nice. I'll always stay here when coming around the Houston area. The only thing I didn't like is that there is not many restaurants or places to hang around. Other than that, as I said, the place is nice.”

“There are fairly limited options in the area and we found this to be one of the nicer hotel options available. The location is conveniently located right off the highway with several dining options nearby you could even walk to. There is also grocery and shopping areas very conveniently located close. They offer limited continental breakfast that varies each day. It wasn’t gormet but great for grab and go. The rooms were clean and modern. The restrooms could use some maintenance (at least in our room). The water pressure in the sinks are so overwhelming that they literally spray everywhere when using. The showers unfortunately are lacking any pressure whatsoever. Overall a decent place to stay locally.”

“I actually had a nice stay here! Ended up paying for a whole week. But I had to take a star off because..... The rooms are pretty outdated and the bedding is poor quality. But other than that, I had a very nice stay! The manager and staff at this hotel are very friendly & helpful. Good customer service! Oh and just a heads up, there are absolutely no vending machines or any food or drinks you can buy on the property...so make sure you bring your own!”

“If I could give this hotel a 100 star🌟 rating I would. The staff here is TOP TIER! Andrea was always extremely friendly and willing to help in ALL areas. Christina was extremely nice and always asked me about my day and was very concerned when I seemed tired lol. Cyndy was very efficient, fast and friendly and was willing to explain anything I asked. Edgar was always very nice and helpful although I only saw him late. Ana also was very friendly and extremely helpful...A friendly hello and a smile goes a long way when you're in my profession and these good people surpassed my expectations with their actions. I travel alot for work and this is BY FAR the friendliest and cleanest hotel that I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Their willingness to make me comfortable was definitely what I needed being so far from home. If you're traveling for work this hotel comes highly recommended...Thank you🩷”

“We needed anything place to rest for our 10 hrs so we would not be in violation in the ELD. There are places to park for big trucks back behind cracker barrel.
The front desk lady was really helpful with places to eat around the area & getting us a good room. We found this hotel in a truck drivers app & glad we did. Great price & room. Did not stay for the breakfast but there is a complementary breakfast & coffee.
Rooms are spacious & there was a refrigerator, microwave. & coffee maker in the room. Along with a recliner & desk with chair.”

“Great Spot! Better prices than Galveston, which is where we were leaving from for our cruise. 4th of July weekend was busy. Breakfast could have been better with some protein added to the menu. “Basu and staff are great, we had a long stay and they made it comfortable in a time of need. I was able to work from my room with their Wi-Fi without a glitch. Good room layout and the cleaning service is through and consistent daily. They have ice and items to purchase in front. I recommend this place, it worked as a transitional place after our home caught fire and needed a place that was safe and clean.”
