“I’m a bit late with this review, but let me tell you Ben is a very knowledgeable and honest mechanic shop owner, I had an issue with my car that I know for a fact that other shops would try to bleed me dry to fix. Ben however took his time and really looked into the issue with my Honda, next thing I know he found that it was a bracket that was loose and was straight up about it, the crazy part is he told me I was good and that I didn’t owe him for the issue. God bless this man truly because I was stressed out about the cost of repair, I will definitely be bringing my car to this shop.”

“I’ve always had good experiences with express, but today definitely warrants a review. I ended up with a flat tire 400 feet from Express because a vehicle in front of me lost a trailer ramp. I wasn’t sure if I would need to get a tow for assistance. One of the employees, Joe, saw it happen and helped me safely guide my car into the parking lot for assistance. They were honest about prices , got everything done in under an hour, and were even able to go ahead and do my emissions test while I was here!”

“I pulled in when no one was there on a Friday afternoon about 3:15. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They asked if I had a coupon, and when I did not, they applied one. You don’t get service like this every day. The staff were super friendly and they went above and beyond. I had my tires rotated about two weeks ago at Discount Tire, and they could never get the tire notification reset correctly. Jiffy Lube staff took care of it for me.”

“After waiting almost two hours for an oil change at Walmart we decided to go elsewhere. I Googled fast oil changes and Take 5 came up. It wasn't too far away so we left Walmart and went to Take 5. We were the first folks there so we were taken care of post haste. The service is a bit pricey, but they accept coupons. We were in and out within 20 minutes. All in all they did a great job. When time is tight and we are in a pinch we will return. Kudos.”

“Thank you so much! Excellent service. Thought I needed wheels balanced due to wobble. They carefully explained and showed me how bad my front wheels were and needed replacing. I was really pushed for time trying to get to another appointment. They got me in and out in time and no more wobble! You guys are terrific.”

“Super super fast, friendly, informative staff. My regular shop is an hour away & I had a very bad (and costly) experience going in for just an oil change at another local shop. So I was skeptical about coming in, but was way overdue so I sucked it up and was very pleasantly surprised. 10/10 recommend !!!”

“Exceptional Service! I had a great experience with their brake service. The staff kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other places I checked. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean and respectful they were. They cleaned the area they worked in and took care with my belongings. That may seem like a small thing, but to me, it showed consideration and professionalism. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reasonably priced, and respectful automotive service.”
