Long story short we ended up having to put our sweet boy down. The entire staff was so very kind including Dr. Penn. I will forever be grateful to them for being so patient with me as I was understandably distraught. His passing was very peaceful. I highly recommend!!

They have been through some sad times and good times through the years with my fur babies and I. Banfield Pet Hospital
5722 Fairmont Pkwy, PasadenaDr. Penner is the third vet we have seen for our dog’s man parts. As his fur parents we knew there was a problem but had previously been told there was not an issue by two other Banfield locations. I’m glad that we persistently asked each vet because he did have an infection in the end. Instead of pushing off my concerns, as previous vets had done, Dr. Penner asked more in-depth questions and recommended tests that the other vets didn’t even give us the option to run. After a few days on antibiotics we can already see a massive difference in our boy. We didn’t even realize how lethargic he had gotten compared to where he normally was. We still have meds to finish and to go back to make sure the infection is gone but his road to recovery is looking great.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for a couple years. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and always good service. But today, I had the privilege to met Maddie. She is incredible! Definitely by far my favorite tech that I’ve met here. She’s so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and communicative. She kept me updated while I waited. And explained the medicine without feeling like she’s rushing or just brushing me off - even though they were hella busy today. Thank you so much Maddie! ♥️ ♥️

My dog has gone through 4 cages and even ate my door and house because he is so fearful to storms , I was trying to find a way to make sure he is safe because I’m not home all the time I started looking into daycare for him . I came across red bluff pet resort and I gave it a try and I absolutely love it , they are very familiar with dog thunder phobia I was worried my dog would some how escape a seven luxury glass kennel or try to get out and brake his teeth again (yes again ) but nope there luxury sweets are very safe there’s no where for him to bite , they even sat and hanged out with him for a little bit while the thunder was happening I of course kept checking the camera during the storm and loved the way they treated my baby . Thank you red bluff pet resort !

Picky eater friendly for people who don't like boba or milktea they have many different smoothies and lemonades. (My picky eater friend has become addicted to the lemonade) With a large array of toppings this is one of the best places to come to. The staff is so so nice and understanding they've never been rude to us recommend it for people who want a refreshing drink or a good dinning experience 10/10
