“My experience with storage star has been amazing because my experience with Austin at this location has been amazing. He has helped me get into 3 different units here while helping my grandmother downsize and move in with my parents. It has been 3 different units because of first emptying her apartment into a unit, moving excess items from my parents house, and then consolidating the units after completing the move. Austin has helped me every step of the way and has been so pleasant and easy to work with making sure I have the right unit and service for my specific needs.”

Today I moved my stuff out and Jenifer made checking out quick and easy. I will definitely use public storage in the future if I ever need storage again.”
“Amazing service !! I came here before closing to get propane for my Rv and they were very kind to stay open a bit later to help us . Special shout-out to Micheal W. For going above and beyond , he pumped the propane and ran my card inside so I didn’t have to go out in the freezing weather . He also noticed one of our outdoor storage cabinets was open and even went as far as to bungee it down for us!! So thoughtful ! Thanks so much ! Would recommend”
