“I had an event that I needed to wear my Sunday best to, but I forgot I'd cleaned out all the shoes I hadn't worn in awhile and had nothing that matched my dress. I stopped by this store on the way in to Pasadena, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The employees were SO kind and helpful and they just fawned all over my son which was so great to see. They made us feel welcome, and the store was unbelievably neat and clean. Thanks for taking away even just that small amount of stress on the day of my grandmother's funeral.”

“Shoe sales man was very helpful. And they actually had my size, but they only had 2 cashiers and both where tied up with some customers issues, waited In line for a long time. Management did not open another line and the store was very hot.”
“I have been to this location more than once. Each time I go, I have good service with smiles but today Jermaine went the extra mile. He was assisting another family and saw he was about to finish up assisting them and I spoke up saying I needed help and without question, he comes to help. My boyfriend could not find some Nike sandals and Jermaine took the time to check and found the right pair and size and explained to us how to find shoes quicker for next time. He helped with a smile on his face. Then while checking out the cashier's were amazing fast and had smiles on their faces. I got Roberto who waved me down on my turn. He was fast and was asking how my day was. He was very courteous. I told him Jermaine helped so much. I think these two gentlemen should be praised for the great job they did and most likely do on a daily. I think they should get a wonderful raise.”
“Elizabeth was so amazingly sweet and just amazing customer service at the register, she even told me about the QR code that I’d save some money! And truth be told all the girls were so kind and just always had a smile, I even cracked a joke with one of them and such great vibes in the store. I was so happy as a customer who’s been going there for years that Melrose found some amazing employees. Just wonderful!”
“They didn't have my size in the shoe I wanted so the associate offered to order them for ome- I didn't know that was available to do. I was called within a few days to pick up my shoes (I chose the in store option). Now I have what I want. The lady who helped me was super nice.”

“I live in Pearland and I couldn't get my BOA laces repaired at the Pearland store because they were either out-of-stock on the laces, etc. I went to the Pasadena store and Paul's crew had my boot done in 20 minutes. So glad I came here and I am bringing my wife in so she can her Irish Setter Snake boots that she has been asking for. Thanks Paul”
