“The staff here usually pretty nice. It does get really busy on the weekends. The store is well maintained despite the rude patrons that refuse to put items back after viewing them. The only downfall for me is their shoe selection for larger feet.”

“I came here with my husband , mother in law, my son and my niece. We really had a great experience shopping here . I personally love carters for my baby’s clothes. The brand is just my favorite for kids clothing. We found some really cute clothes for my son. The lady in the front even gave my niece a coloring sheet and crayons to color while we shopped. We spent a lot and we actually got a ton of clothes for my son. Definitely recommend!”
“I always buy shoes here because of the sales. Staff is ok and can get an attitude but overall I like this place. I wish they had more running shoes for women. The men's athletic shoes takes up most of the store.”

“I've never actually been in this store but we did do a curbside pickup. it was for a hanging punching bag we were driving through and hoping just to get it because our academy did not have one. it took 45 minutes and my husband going in and coming back out and waiting for them to bring it out. the academy where I'm from is much more customer service friendly and oriented. I hope this was just a bad day and not their normal service.”

“5/2/2025** I went there and got 3 pairs of shoes, I went to city gear yesterday and got some Cortez and SP had them $40 cheaper, will definitely be returning them!!!!! I got some airmax and had to get the display pair because they had no more in my size, so I asked for a discount and received one!!!

“I had an amazing experience at JD’s pearland town center location. I asked several associates about a Vomero 5 shoe in a size 13 all black. I desperately needed the shoe. Everyone insisted they didn’t have the shoe. That’s when Luis (Angel) told me he would check for me. He was so thorough and very informative about all of my questions. I appreciate an associate that goes over and beyond for the customers. He’s actually the reason I’ve been back twice since that initial visit.
