“I took my lab mix here for the first time yesterday knowing something was seriously wrong and trying to pretend it wasn’t. Long story short we ended up having to put our sweet boy down. The entire staff was so very kind including Dr. Penn. I will forever be grateful to them for being so patient with me as I was understandably distraught. His passing was very peaceful. I highly recommend!!”

“Scheduling an appointment was easy, especially since it wasn't urgent. Went for the first time for a new pet. Front staff were polite and helpful. Vet tech was great. Answered questions, let us know what was recommended, and asked what I'd like to do as far as vaccines, etc, for the visit. Dr. gave vaccines and did a quick check, and asked if there were any questions we had. Both Dr. and Vet Tech let us know what was due next and when. Overall, it was a good experience for it being the 1st time. Pricing is a little higher than I anticipated, but I did see they have packages available.”
“Only negative thing is that you have to wait awhile when you are dropping off the animal. I wasn't even to have to wait. Other than that I'm very pleased with the service”

“Hole in the wall Vet, walk ins are always welcome, was in and out in about 30 Mins. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Took their time to fully explain what my kitten had and how to help him recover.”
“Dr. Penner is the third vet we have seen for our dog’s man parts. As his fur parents we knew there was a problem but had previously been told there was not an issue by two other Banfield locations. I’m glad that we persistently asked each vet because he did have an infection in the end. Instead of pushing off my concerns, as previous vets had done, Dr. Penner asked more in-depth questions and recommended tests that the other vets didn’t even give us the option to run. After a few days on antibiotics we can already see a massive difference in our boy. We didn’t even realize how lethargic he had gotten compared to where he normally was. We still have meds to finish and to go back to make sure the infection is gone but his road to recovery is looking great.”

I’ve been bringing my dog here for a couple years. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and always good service. But today, I had the privilege to met Maddie. She is incredible! Definitely by far my favorite tech that I’ve met here. She’s so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and communicative. She kept me updated while I waited. And explained the medicine without feeling like she’s rushing or just brushing me off - even though they were hella busy today. Thank you so much Maddie! ♥️ ♥️”
