“Gas prices are unbeatable, but the lines sometimes are unbearable. If you don't go at unpopular times, be prepared to wait in line like you're trying to escape from a hurricane. Just pop on a podcast or jam out to your favorite tunes and be patient until it's your turn. You got this!”

“Great prices on meat if you have a restaurant or a large family. It has a wide assortment of items, but not many choices within an item. They may only have one or a couple of brands of particular item, but the prices are great on those. You can easily make back the annual membership fee by shopping a half dozen times.”
“This place has fresh produce including papayas, nopales (cactus) and a taqueria inside the store. The food is really good. I have tried their plates but this time I tried their fajita tacos and they were very generous with the meat. Each taco comes with 2 tortillas. See photos of meat and other items sold in the taqueria section. The only thing I did not like is that you have to go to the cashiers first to pay for your tacos before they can prepare your food. The ladies that work in the taqueria are super friendly.”
“So this is my local neighborhood Sam's Club and while I usually avoid it at all costs because of overcrowding issues, traffic issues, and people doing really stupid things at the gas pumps, today I decided to get my kids pizza from Sam's Cafe.I placed my order through the app so that I wouldn't have to wait in line. I browsed the store for awhile, made my purchase, then worked my way to the cafe. The cafe had lines as far as the eye could see. I'd already placed my order and know that they'll usually shout your number when your order is ready, so I stood off to the side to wait.While waiting in line, there were three women that were loudly berating the women that worked in the cafe because, God forbid they had to wait like everyone else. One in particular kept yelling loudly at those of us standing off to the side that we'd all "ordered online" and that there was a line. Oddly enough, my order number was lower than theirs.Another woman was demanding to speak to a manager because she'd been waiting for 20 minutes (they were on order 87 and the complaining women were in the 100's.)Another was screaming in their faces that they needed to serve the online order's first and stop taking walk up orders.I wanted to leave this review to thank the women that work in the Sam's Club Cafe for their hard work. They were constantly running around without stopping and despite being massively behind on orders, being understaffed, and being harassed and berated, they didn't quit and they didn't snap on anyone.Working in food service is a thankless job and without them, no one would get their order.If Sam's Club management sees this review, I'd suggest either hiring more workers or getting rid of order through the app, because it's a nightmare for everyone on the weekend.”

“I can't find canned food(like ravioli or spam) at Costco, but this Sam's has plenty. I live closer to the Pearland location, but his one has better selection for non-perishable things to stock up on for hurricane seasons. Best place for hurricane supplies. Busy too.”

“I had great customer service in the bakery department yesterday. I THINK the young lady's name was Rana. Let me tell you, she went over and above to help me. I asked for a modification on a cake and was that person who asked her to call her supervisor, and she did. now thinking back, I'm embarrassed to say that I did that. I can't change what I did ,? but hopefully, she knows im honored to have her helped me. Thank you, sweet lady!!! she did it with a smile.
