“I brought my 80-year-old grandmother shopping today to update her wardrobe and a young lady by the name of Nicole was so helpful and respectful to my grandmother, she went in the dressing room and helped her with the clothes and went and picked out more clothes to help her find exactly what she was looking for. Her manager, Miss Sandra was awesome. She also came to help and answered any questions that we had and they also helped my grandmother get re-sign up for an account and explained everything thoroughly to her. “This JCPenney is the old faithful of the Fairmont Parkway, Neighbourhood. It’s always quick. You can get what you need. Sometimes you can’t because it’s not the biggest one customer service is always around. They always cleaning up after someone leaves something in the middle of the hallway sometimes the hours are off depending on Google so that’s why I’m posting it on a picture. Good selection of big and tall it’s my go to supply.”

“My go to place! I’ve been going since my daughter was 1 I just recently went to get my daughter’s 3 year pictures and Ashley was our photographer she did AMAZING!!! I have never seen someone so good with kids in photography. I’ve had 3 different photographers at this location but Ashley was the sweetest most patient with my toddler she does wonders with that camera! I will be requesting her from here on out! Thank you Ashley for these beautiful photos and also for helping me find a good price for everything I ordered!!”
