“Hi…I normally don’t leave reviews on my personal experience about businesses, however I told the guys that I would. As a man of my word, I’d say that my experience with the store and its employees as well as their product was an overall positive experience. Very friendly staff, and knowledgeable. Juan, the owner/manager and I chopped it up for about an hour after my purchase, just about both our experiences in the Army. The capability to relate to as humans from different cultures and backgrounds yet with a commonality in certain areas of our lives made the purchasing experience even better. I walked out with a smile and satisfaction that it was the best store to buy my clothing from. I’ll definitely shop there again in the future although I’m from southwest Louisiana. It’s worth the drive to Pasadena.”

“This JCPenney is the old faithful of the Fairmont Parkway, Neighbourhood. It’s always quick. You can get what you need. Sometimes you can’t because it’s not the biggest one customer service is always around. They always cleaning up after someone leaves something in the middle of the hallway sometimes the hours are off depending on Google so that’s why I’m posting it on a picture. Good selection of big and tall it’s my go to supply.”

And truth be told all the girls were so kind and just always had a smile, I even cracked a joke with one of them and such great vibes in the store. “My go to place! I’ve been going since my daughter was 1 I just recently went to get my daughter’s 3 year pictures and Ashley was our photographer she did AMAZING!!! I have never seen someone so good with kids in photography. I’ve had 3 different photographers at this location but Ashley was the sweetest most patient with my toddler she does wonders with that camera! I will be requesting her from here on out! Thank you Ashley for these beautiful photos and also for helping me find a good price for everything I ordered!!”
