“11/10 – Someone Give This Woman a Raise I came into T-Mobile expecting to spend an hour dealing with phones, plans, and the usual wireless headaches. Instead, I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Alyssa greeted me with a smile, knew exactly what she was talking about, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and somehow made the whole process actually enjoyable. She was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and had a personality that made it feel like I was talking to someone I’d known for years instead of a salesperson. She didn’t try to push things I didn’t need. She explained everything clearly, found the best options for me, and made sure I left understanding my new service. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely seems to care that you’re happy before you walk out the door. If every T-Mobile employee were like Alyssa, I don’t think anyone would ever switch carriers. I honestly walked in expecting to buy a phone plan and walked out wondering if T-Mobile secretly hires customer service superheroes. If you have the chance to work with Alyssa, don’t hesitate. She’s the reason people leave five-star reviews… and honestly, five stars don’t feel like enough.”

“AMAZING experience! I went to another tmobile and they had me waiting for 3 hours and wasted my time because at the end they never figured it out, but at this location it was the complete opposite. “Newly remodeled location. Stopped in to have my iPhone X replaced. Katrina was fantastic! She got us in and out of there within 5 minutes, zero wait time, answered all our questions, and like my husband said - easily one of the nicest Verizon agents we've met. Thanks for making it so easy on Saturday!”
