This branch must be the worst and I get the feeling they are rude so people don’t come to the branch for their banking needs. The lady at the teller is rude and unprofessional. She even asked me to deposit checks on the ATM or online and not come to the location.

I have an appointment scheduled a week in advance, when I arrive they don't have to give me any attention because the representatives are “busy”on the phone.They don't respect my time
