I was greeted after the employee completed a conversation with another customer. She said she'd see if there was anyone else that could see me sooner. Thankfully, there was. She was knowledgeable in the matter that I needed assistance with.

“Navy Federal has been terrific. If you have good credit they will give you the best rates around. I have to laugh at people with less than good credit complain about rates.
