Not only did he take his time talking to me on the phone but when I arrived he walked me through my purchase of a new battery after he went and checked on my car before paying. He explained in detail what he was doing and the purpose of why he was doing it. He actually taught me a thing or two… he also gave great advice on a few odds and ends that needed to be done as well.
