“Deandre thank you again! I came in upset because of the lack of help and customer service I received from Auto Zone. I came in explaining what I needed and that k wasn’t that knowledgeable on what i needed. He took the time to look at my car to see what I needed, found the piece in store even offered options and put the fastner on my bumper for me. “I had an amazing experience going in. I called a day ago pertaining to my battery. TRAVIS walked me through everything…… he did a wonderful job. Not only did he take his time talking to me on the phone but when I arrived he walked me through my purchase of a new battery after he went and checked on my car before paying. He explained in detail what he was doing and the purpose of why he was doing it. He actually taught me a thing or two… he also gave great advice on a few odds and ends that needed to be done as well. Thank you Travis I’ll definitely be back for any future auto part needs. I really appreciate the time and effort that he put into what I needed and took stress away from the what ifs….”
“Was having charging problems with my phone and my insurance provider only offered a complete replacement for nearly 300 dollars, no alternatives.
Upon speaking with Elisa I was informed by her that the store offers diagnostics and potential repairs for my issue in question and surely enough they were able to help!
After speaking to the team we were able to schedule an appointment for repair and Elisa was able to change the part(s) in question swiftly.

He helped me get the correct oil for my vehicle and then helped me further by putting the oil in for me! “So I had contacted a few auto placed including autozone to see if they were able to change out my battery terminal out because it was broken. They all stated they couldn't. Aaron, at O'reilly, was super helpful and although he did not have the parts for my vehicle, instructed me where I could get the part at another O'Reilly down the block. The other O'reilly's worker stated they would not change out the terminal for me. I brought the part back and Aaron swiftly replaced my broken piece and sent me on the road safely. I really appreciate his due diligence in helping me and sending all the blessings his way and specifically to this location for their outstanding customer service.”

“I know there's O'Reilly's everywhere and there's AutoZone and all these other different parts stores but this one particularly helps professionals when they need to order a specific part. We all know the prices for car parts especially OEM have quadrupled almost in prices just in the past year. That's not O'Reilly's fault. That's called tariffs. I hope that O'Reilly along with all other part dealers dealing with OEM parts (new) decide that since the Supreme Court has ruled the tariffs illegal that they will now start lowering their prices. But at least if you're going to pay for something go to the store because they will help you and they won't make you feel inferior asking questions if you aren't a professional. As a co-owner of a mechanic shop I encourage everybody to use this location but first get your vehicle checked out by the mechanic before you purchase a part. Because returns can be troublesome especially if it's an electrical part (but thats any business that sells parts. But these people live up to their name. Once upon a time only used AutoZone but now it's only O'Reilly and this location is my company's new favorite store.”
“I've never ever received better service from an auto parts store in my life. The manager Emilia was knowledgeable and reassuring. The associate Stephanie was caring and ended up helping me by phone a few hours afterwards, as well. At a point in my life where I needed it the most, I've been blessed to run into these fine women, completely by accident. They are both devine blessings.”

The manager here at Scarsdale did my warranty swap no problem. Also showed me the proper channels to file a complaint. Thanks, this store really values customer service and sets a prime example.”

“Rarely do they not have a part I need for my truck, scooter, or lawn mower. Granted, the scooter and lawn mower mainly just need fresh oil and spark plugs. They've always been friendly and had quick service over the last 6 years. Call first to make sure they have the part you need to avoid an errant visit.”

“Cashier lady “Janie” is not able to greet, understand, and be friendly of the customer’s needs. She was trying to sell me the wrong smaller battery for my Escape. She argued with me and when the manager showed up she started telling him that I asked for the wrong car battery. My battery was $266.49.
The gentleman who was stocking the store helped me to remove the old battery from my truck and deliver the new one in my truck.”
“Thanks to Patricia for being so helpful. Autozone said my battery was fine, they didnt want to hook it up to the big machine because they were busy, so they lied to me instead.
Patricia hooked it up to the real battery tester and it failed. Got a new battery and my car started just fine. Autozone couldve cost me so much money trying to diagnose and throw random parts at my problem.
Always get a second opinion. From Patricia if possible :)”
