“I just want to say that Mr. Johnny needs to be the manager!! He was very patient & direct with me even though I was a bit of a hothead as I've been jumping through loophole after loophole with this particular location. I called ahead before arriving to make sure the manager was there but when I arrived he never came out, even after Mr. Johnny talked to him about my issue- he never spoke to me or came out to help, which I felt like was very rude and unprofessional. Mr. Johnny was very professional and solution-oriented. I am so glad he was the one to help me! Everyone else was unhelpful and unprofessional. If you go to this location ask for Johnny!!! He's the man that will REALLY help you.”
