“I was with Heritage bank now it’s Thirdcoast. I haven’t had any issues. I don’t use their service frequently but I have access to online banking, when I want personal cheques I go to the branch and request a few. The tellers have been polite/professional. 4 stars because I have to drive 25mins on a good day. So prehaps they can look into more locations.”

“We walked in without an appointment and the teller Dianne went out of her way to find a banker. Advisable to schedule an appointment cause all bankers were working with their appointments. With the banker Rebecca - she managed to accommodate us and we were able to accomplish our business and she is very thorough, very pleasant, professional, and clear with all the information required. Highly recommended if you need banking service and look for Rebecca.”
