“I am extremelyy pleased with this location instead of the other Walmart on FM 518 on the east side of 288 (which is so crowded and takes a long time to drive into or find anything). This location in Shadow Creek is slightly smaller but suits me perfectly as it's easier to find items. Customer Service is excellent with the cashiers and employees in the aisles responding to instantly, efficiently, and cheerfully. When I stopped and asked one of the employees where copier paper was, she personally took me all the way to the aisle - which is amazing because it's rare these days and therefore greatly appreciated! This is my go-to store now!”

“This is my favorite HEB and I live by the HEB at 288. The HEB at Pearland Pkwy is always very clean, not alot of carts all over the place & great employees which tells me there must be awesome mgmt. I used to live on this side of town and miss going in more often, but I wanted to give my 5 stars and I always tell all the cashiers that they work at the best HEB ......THANK YOU”

“We really like this HEB. The deli counter is great, and the tortillas are awesome. They're always really well-stocked, and the employees here are very nice. We use the curbside option a lot, and the reason I can't give 5 stars is that they forget to include stuff often! 2/3 times, they miss something and we end up having to email HEB to have them refund us. Then, we end up needing to go in person to pick it up ourselves anyway. Other than that, we love this HEB!”

“La Petite is my favorite place to stop on the way to work. The employees are all so friendly and helpful! And a bonus is….. they have the absolute best fountain Dr Pepper. The owner always makes sure that there is plenty of Dr Pepper!”

“I visited this Dollar General two days in a row and always visit here. Today, I met the manager, Regina, and a new employee Charmayne. Charmayne showed me to the area where I could get a basket while she organized sale items. When I was ready to purchase my items, she immediately stopped what she was doing and assured me of the pricing of all items I had in question. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest about what she knew and did not know. This is the type of authenticity that builds trust.
I complemented Regina on how well organized and clean the store always is everytime that I patron this business. Although this is not her scheduled day to work, she is here organizing, adding prices so that customers are aware of their clearance sale, and training and acknowledging the great work of her new employee Charmayne. This is servant leadership in progress. She is working alongside her teammates and demonstrating that she is willing to do what she asks them to do, while depmonstrating superb customer service on a day she isn't supposed to be there. She personally stopped her task to point out to me the items that were on sale so that I would have a chance to benefit from the sale! I ended up purchasing sale items in addition to the items I was there to purchase. This is excellent customer service and it is my hope that the leaders of Dollar General recognize the excellence in their store manager here at the Bailey location. This is the top of leadership that renders repeat customers, such as myself. Well done Regina and Charmayne. I look forward to encountering them both during my future shopping experiences here.”

“With inflation, there isn't one grocery store I shop at. I typically shop the sales at Kroger, H-E-B, Randall's and grab essentials at Aldi and Walmart. (Saving money on groceries is a full time job!) The Shadow Creek Kroger is closer to us but oftentimes they are out of stock of the items we need so I started coming to this Kroger instead. 9/10 this place has what we need. I always use the app with the digital coupons. I've even gotten my husband hooked on clipping e-coupons and saving $$. Love getting deals.I rarely have any encounters with employees. I typically use self checkout and stick to my few sale items and are in and out in a short time.”

“Others have left glowing remarks about the quality of Pearland Sprouts, and mark me as one more fan. Easily the best organic produce selection in town. If you're a tomato lover, you must check out their heirloom tomato selection. I love that you can find so many teas amd soups in glass bottles, bypassing the microplastics jungle. Wonderful bakery and a fantastic grab-and- go section. Friendly staff and plenty of easy parking.”
