“Walked in today and unfortunately the kid at the counter was being berated for doing his job. We came in with a toddler and just wanted to get some pokemon cards. Unfortunately it turned into a huge thing because Alex was doing his job. There was a man yelling at him and cussing at him because he wasn’t getting the amount he wanted for his phone. Kid explains to the man that he can get in trouble for giving him more money than the value of the phone. Man was yelling, cussing and arguing. The kid handled it well. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have had half the patience Alex did.”
