“The store always has a fantastic selection, both used/assembled sets and newer in-box sets. The owners are wonderful knowledgeable people who live and breathe Lego, and give their customers a fair shake for both trade-in value and set prices. This needs to be THE Lego you check out if you are a collector and live/work in the area.”

I’m actually going to continue coming back to this GameStop because of his excellent service. I wouldn’t have known GameStop had so many great deals and options if it wasn’t for him. I’m actually on my way there tomorrow to meet with Alex. Alex was also another excellent crew member. I called over the phone and had a few more questions after speaking with Mario. “Love this location! It’s under new management and it seems like the employees are a lot happier, more patient, and me as a customer I enjoy the visits more. Not saying anything was wrong with the old management, just saying you can tell them difference in the energy of the store! Specifically I love working with Kai. I haven’t had many encounters with him but the last 3-4 were extremely pleasant! There was another store manager visiting and helping, her name was Imani or Amani lol one of them, but she was also extremely pleasant and helpful. I don’t know everyone at this location yet being that there are many new faces but Kai is excellent and the manager (Hailey) I believe is her name is really making the store lighter and the visits more enjoyable! Keep it up the great work!”
“Once Upon a Child is a great spot for affordable, gently used kids’ clothing and gear. I frequent the Pearland store. It is clean, well-organized, and easy to shop, with quality items at great prices. The staff is friendly and I can buy more for my grandaughter :-)”
