“I’ve really enjoyed living at Jovie Pflugerville . The staff (Kirra, Lisa , Yuni and Angela) is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are kept clean and well-maintained.
The location is fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, but still quiet and peaceful. My apartment is spacious with modern appliances, plenty of storage, and great natural light.
The community feels safe and welcoming, and the amenities like the fitness center, pool, and resident events really add to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Jovie Pflugerville to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.”
“I could get on here and trash these people like some sort of entitled child, or I can act like an adult and put myself in others shoes for one minute of my life.
It seems the residents of this property are targeting the wrong people. Any “level headed” person can see that this property was poorly built. Thats the first thing to take under consideration. The new management company, office staff and the ONE maintenance technician for 350 apartments are not the ones who built this place. I see that they are trying to accommodate a bunch spoiled, entitled, and inconsiderate residents who just want out of their leases, the best they can. My hats off to the Willow Bridge Staff for putting up with these people. You definitely don’t deserve any harsh treatment considering the obstacles thrown your way. There are residents who understand.”

“I Love These Spacious Apartments. I’m Afforded a resort like atmosphere❣️The apartment maintenance staff is responsive and qualified enough. There is however room for improvement. I’ve lived here for 4 years and had 3 different property managers. In my opinion the up keep of the overall property has deteriorated. In particular the community pool bathrooms near pool and mailroom have been down right nasty. When I mentioned to office staff Ms T, I forgot her actual name, she stated the property did not have money to maintain these areas on weekends and that I should only be concerned with my individual apartment. I explained to her I was paying for amenities as well!! This was an unacceptable answer and situation tenants were facing. I am definitely looking to move if these issues are not remediated ASAP and continue to be monitored!!”

“I’ve been living here one month and so far my experience has been extremely pleasant. Upon move-in the unit had obviously been thoroughly cleaned and any concerns they handled promptly. Maintenance has been quick to respond with often a one day turn around. Leslie in the front office is so sweet and has been happy to answer any questions that have popped up. Also love the area with tech ridge shops a 5 minute drive away and a convenience store within walkable distance across the street. I love living here so far!”

“I have been living in these apartments for two months, and so far my experience has been very positive. The maintenance team is always willing to help and quickly resolve any issues that come up. The community is quiet, which makes the environment very pleasant.
I would like to especially highlight Itzel Gonzales, who assisted me during the leasing process. She was very kind, highly professional, and provided clear solutions with excellent communication. Thanks to her, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to live here, and my experience has been excellent so far.”
