“Let me tell you... This garden center is the best HD in the Austin area for trees! Not only did they have plenty, they were healthy too! I went to the Hutto, Pflugerville, and Mueller HDs and they were all low in stock on shade trees and if there were any, the soil on them were bone dry and they looked sickly.
Good job to the management for ordering, and to the associates caring for the trees onsite! This HD is now my 1 stop shop for trees!”

“They have a great selection of refrigerators, which is why I was there. Stephen assisted us, having arrived after a very stressful refrigerator purchase problem from a different company. We were stressed. He took us directly to the refrigerators that met our needs. We found exactly what we needed and learned about a special being offered with it. We found it in stock and scheduled it for delivery. Stephen was fabulous! We were happy and no longer on the edge. We will definitely come back here for appliance needs. (And we'll be looking our Stephen!)”

“Moving out of my apartment soon and needed some paint to cover some holes i filled in my walls. I was able to receive a paint match quickly and easily at the paint counter. The employee at the counter was super helpful. I did think that the color needed a little more blue so he told me that if after I painted, I still thought so that I could come back and he would add it for me. Great service and super helpful!”

“Updated review. I had previously given two stars and vented about how annoyed I was about there being no employees to help and then along came Yani. Somehow to spite working retail on a mid December night she was helpful — even cheerful. She retrieved my out of season item from up stock and asked if she could help with anything else with a sincerity that made me embarrassed of my previously grouchy review. Then by the time I saw an open register staffed by a real live person I felt like the Grinch at the end of the movie.”

It took weeks to get a single item and once paid for they refused to give me my product because I had the audacity to complain about the multiple unnecessary steps they made me take to collect the sofa and all my time they wasted. The manager is a pathetic excuse.”

Harvey in the garden department was so nice even when his coworker was extremely rude to both of us. She seemEd very annoyed I was asking for help stating, " that's a different department.
