“I brought my vehicle to Image after I was hit by someone who ran a red light. Not only did they tow the vehicle from a different shop for me, but they also stayed consistent on their communication throughout the process. I had never been in an accident before, so I was initially overwhelmed with the process but Alex was able to explain things clearly and thoroughly to help make everything go smoothly. I was genuinely afraid that my car was too far gone, but the team at Image Auto made my car look as good as new! I was on a time crunch, and they got the vehicle done before their expected time. They had an alignment done, but as soon as I drove off (30 minutes before they closed), I noticed the wheel was pulling a little to one direction. I called back and Chris went above and beyond to schedule me an alignment at no charge to me the next morning. I got it done, and was able to take a 24 hour round trip road trip the day following! Everyone here was so kind, professional and when I walked in to get my keys, there was a very strong family vibe. I highly recommend to bring your vehicle here.”

“OH MY GOD! What a great experience I had with the Pflugerville Maaco!! I was driving around in a disgusting looking Infiniti G37 for 5 years with paint all faded looking like it was primer... all chipping off all over and so gross!! I did not think I could afford a paint job until my coworker told me to call Maaco! Albert, the sales guy had me in and was SO cool and walked me through it all and got me going. What a joy he is to work with!! Then.... he sent me video updates seeing my baby go from drab to FAB!!! The boss Muhammed put me a new light from the other guy Paul in himself!!! “I give all my stars to Logan. Such a helpful gentleman. He takes his time helping his customers out and goes out of his way to make it happen. He won't nor didnt turn us away from opening a keyfob we had trouble the first time with Chance. Chance said he couldn't do it and sent us home to figure it out. What kind of assistant manager says to their customer go figure it out? Terrible...Chance must be a relative to someone at the store in order for him to be an assistant manager. Anywhooooo.... thanks Logan for your time and effort. I'll definitely come back for Logan's help next time and everytime not Goldie locks Chance.”

I have been needing a paint job for my car for a while now and my bumper and the surrounding parts have also been through the ringer, as well as a couple of other repairs.The entire experience, from start to finish, has been very pleasant! They are honest, reasonable, thorough, and very kind. When I dropped off my car, they began ordering parts right away. They set clear expectations and answered all.my questions. They even finished my car earlier than expected! Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they took it upon themselves to clean out my headlights!My car looks brand new again and I am extremely satisfied with everything. “I had a minor car accident in November and needed to get my car repaired . since I purchased it at Leif in Buda. I decided to take it to Leif Johnson collision center. It had been an extremely stressful month for me, but Jennifer in the service department was a complete angel. It took several several weeks for my vehicle to be repaired and not knowing people where I live in Kyle. It was difficult for me to get a ride to pick it up upon completion. Since I had to rent three different cars to get me around. Jennifer would not quit until she could find somebody to bring me my vehicle once it was ready and no matter how hard she tried we just couldn’t get it done, but she took the time herself to personally deliver the vehicle to me tonight so I could get back to work. The care, service I received at Leah Johnson Ford was impeccable. she wanted to make sure that the job was done right no cutting corners and my car looks great. She gave me all the information I needed ,walked me through the whole process and was so very patient with me even to listen with my personal problems at the time lol but really she was a sweetheart, and I definitely recommend people going there for their repairs. Just wanted to make sure Jennifer gets the recognition she deserves. She was very caring , funny , relatable and empathetic to my needs. She really made me feel like I truly mattered as a customer . When I got to the shop however, all the technicians were very friendly and transparent with me. Joe was particularly great. They gave me a full run down of what I needed to know about my car. Amazing work on both of our cars! That hail storm on April 9th absolutely pummeled my wife's car, and did some damage to mine. Funny enough I had just stepped outside when Nathan drove by and noticed me. Talked a bit, did some research into the company, and found it to be an easy choice. Insurance covered 100% of the cost, and ADQ covered the deductible, so it didn't cost my family a single penny! They picked the vehicles up and dropped them off afterwards.
Not only are the dents completely gone, but they also detail your car inside and out and make it practically brand new. Had a lady at curbside compliment my wife's car cause she thought we had just bought it! Lol.
10/10 customer service also. Nathan was easy to reach, always responded to my questions within minutes of me asking, and let me know every step they were doing so i wasn't left in the dark. Will definitely be using their services next time a storm rolls around, lol”
