“I went in for battery testing and ultimately a new battery replacement. Immediately upon entering I was greeted by a young man named Logan who politely asked what can he help me with. Told him the issue and he went outside with me, tested the battery, determined it was bad & helped me to replace with a new battery. He let me know he had 9 mechanic certifications so I felt very lucky to have him help me!! He was so fast and friendly. I really appreciated that. “The employees were very friendly and helpful. I really want to point out that apart from the amazing customer service, the store was also very clean and well maintained. I’d also like to point out that whoever this Viktor Jumabayev is might not be the brightest and probably used to ride the short bus because if you don’t understand how their very simple and very basic warranty works then there has to be something wrong mentally. They always explain how their warranty works. The warranty is linked to the phone number and/or receipt of the customer who purchased it. I’ve bought multiple batteries from O’reillys and have never had any issues because it was under MY PHONE NUMBER. If someone else purchased it then obviously they wouldn’t warranty it out. They’re not going to give away free batteries to someone who hasn’t bought one in the first place and I can guarantee that they explained it to you because they’ve explained it to me every time I buy one and every other customer as well. If you’re too dense to understand then it’s probably better if you go somewhere else like auto zone or maybe just go get a battery from a junk yard instead. Anyways now that I’m done ranting, I’d like to say that this store has given me the best service out of every other O’reillys I’ve been to. They always help me and they’re always very friendly and professional. 10/10 will absolutely continue going to this store.”

“~2 years ago, my 2016 Accord hit a large piece of retread truck tire on the highway. Some headlights were completely missing. This shop was great. Now my 2024 Accord was rear ended, hit & run. Today, I got the General Manager. He said my damage was cosmetic, not structural. He could have easily persuaded me to do the repair. He didn't. When people tell you things that make you not pay them, they are honest.

As a small business part owner, I _know_ that customers are sometimes lied to make a small job into a big job. So I when I get honesty, I appreciate it and will always come back here.”

“I had a minor car accident in November and needed to get my car repaired . since I purchased it at Leif in Buda. I decided to take it to Leif Johnson collision center. It had been an extremely stressful month for me, but Jennifer in the service department was a complete angel. It took several several weeks for my vehicle to be repaired and not knowing people where I live in Kyle. It was difficult for me to get a ride to pick it up upon completion. Since I had to rent three different cars to get me around. Jennifer would not quit until she could find somebody to bring me my vehicle once it was ready and no matter how hard she tried we just couldn’t get it done, but she took the time herself to personally deliver the vehicle to me tonight so I could get back to work. The care, service I received at Leah Johnson Ford was impeccable. she wanted to make sure that the job was done right no cutting corners and my car looks great. She gave me all the information I needed ,walked me through the whole process and was so very patient with me even to listen with my personal problems at the time lol but really she was a sweetheart, and I definitely recommend people going there for their repairs. Just wanted to make sure Jennifer gets the recognition she deserves. She was very caring , funny , relatable and empathetic to my needs. She really made me feel like I truly mattered as a customer .
