“I recently had a small accident that damaged my back liftgate and windshield. I'm so thankful I found IN N OUT Autobody and Collision. They are a family-owned business, and it truly shows. Everyone was kind, honest, down-to-earth, and genuinely cared about helping me.
They repaired the dent, repainted the damaged area, and replaced my back windshield—all in just two days. Their prices were very reasonable, and they even offered to drive me home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready, which made the whole experience so much easier.
This was the first time during the process that I felt like someone was truly trying to help me instead of just taking my money. They definitely live up to their name with fast, quality service. I highly recommend IN N OUT Autobody and Collision!”

“The body work seems to be good, only time will really tell how good the paint is. Overall I'm satisfied with the initial quality of repair. However, I had to knock down 1 star due to some stain or adhesive that was left in my vehicle back seat.....which is definitely odd considering there was no work being done to that side of the vehicle. Someone left dirty boot prints on the rear passenger floor and scuffed up the back of the passenger seat. I cleaned up the dirt, but am left with two small spots where the person who sat in my back seat must have had some sort of adhesive or other hard curing substance on the bottom of their shoes. Not the end of the world, but I dropped off my vehicle in spotless condition on the interior, and received it back in a different condition despite the only work being done was to the driver side. I'm just curious why we're there 3 people riding around in my vehicle with extremely dirty shoes without at least putting down some kind of courtesy protection on the seats and floor. Eh, I'm admittedly a neat freak and this is probably something not everyone thinks about, just a bit of a bummer in my opinion”
“Raul, Malissa, and the technicians at Raven Auto Body did outstanding work repairing my Miata after being rear-ended. I chose them for being the Mazda certified shop in the area, and was really glad I went with them. They were meticulous in restoring my car back to its original state, and were completely open and honest about the work required. They were also friendly to work with and helped make the process as easy as possible. I could tell that Raul and his team are passionate about doing great work with an excellent attention to detail, and I'm amazed at the end result!”

“While communication at the beginning was a little sketchy, I had booked an appt through my insurance company, but the local office kept pinging me asking me to set an appt which I had already confirmed with their national/regional office was completed. Once I arrived the team was fast, responsive, answered all my questions, walked me through everything they were going to do, and gave me an estimate of a little over 2 weeks to complete the work.
FOUR DAYS later they texted me telling me the work was done and I could pick it up!!
Walking through the pick up and looking at the work done, I had zero notes. Everything looked great, they walked me through everything they did, noted that they had to replace a part they didn't think they were going to have to on the original estimate, but once it was pulled off the vehicle they noticed it was indeed cracked. I couldn't be happier with the work and time it took to complete.
While I hope I never have to use a body shop again, if the need arises, it will absolutely be Caliber Collision on Mays Ave in Round Rock.”
“Needed a particular OEM filter for an older diesel truck. Autozone, Orileys, and Napa (all locations within 1.5 miles) either, sold the wrong part, tried to sell me the wrong part, or wouldn’t help.
Called A line and got Bobby, confirmed he had the part and set it aside (OEM)
Got into the store and got the part. They’re selling OEM FORD completely reasonable price!!!
Sterling was the name of another gentleman who helped a lot. Cannot recommend enough

“We stopped in to get a water pump end timing kit for a Toyota. The young man that helped us was very helpful very polite and very professional. After we got home we noticed that the gasket that came with it was the paper one and we really wanted to upgrade to the multi layered steel one we went back the same young man was there and he helped us once again. He was just as polite and this is helpful as the first time we dealt with them. It's nice to see the younger generation being so polite and helpful. I'm pretty sure he really enjoys his job by the vibe. I think his name was Isaiah or Isaac. If you want great customer service you need to stop in and talk to him.”

“While having to deal with a totaled car is never a fun exercise, Scott and the team at RR Collision were genuinely the best shop I could have rolled into. In a world that tries to exploit you at every turn, it was extremely refreshing to be met with humanity and understanding during a chaotic and messy time for me. They had every opportunity to charge me up the wazoo or pitch me empty platitudes, but instead they really only ever wanted to do what was best for ME. Crazy! I didn't end up getting any work done (see: totaled car), so I can't speak to the quality of the work, but if they treat the cars like they do their customers, I'm sure it's exceptional and I will definitely be coming back if I ever find myself in this unfortunate situation again!”
