“I seriously cannot recommend Atnan and American Elite Auto Body enough!!! This is genuinely the ONLY place I would bring my car for body work. Atnan has helped me and my family multiple times over the years, and he has always gone above and beyond for us. It’s so rare to find someone in the car business who is genuinely honest, trustworthy, and actually cares about helping you, and that’s exactly who Atnan is. Most recently, I brought my car in with a pretty bad dent in my side door, and he made the entire process so easy. He worked seamlessly with my insurance, kept me updated throughout, got everything done incredibly fast, and had my car looking like nothing ever happened!! His entire crew is also always incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Whether you call, email, or just walk in, they’ll do whatever they can to help. I hope I never NEED a body shop again lol, but if I do, there’s no question where I’m going. When you find someone as honest and genuinely good as Atnan, you stick with them!! Thank you Atnan and the entire American Elite team for always taking such great care of me and my family!!!”

“ECC Tuning did a great job installing a blow valve on my 2021 AMG a 35! Service was great. The install was very quick. I didn’t stay in the lobby, but I could’ve easily worked from the lobby, which I did like for future reasons. The shop looked very clean through the window, and everybody was very professional. If I’m looking for any mods, this will be the only shop touching my car. So if you were in the Round Rock or surrounding areas, I highly recommend this place for any mods to your vehicle!!”

“One of the running boards on my Honda Pilot had come loose. McKenly, my point person for this repair, gave me a fair estimate and repaired the running board real well. Honda initially sent him the wrong part, so he was even able to give me a discount on the repair. Would recommend this shop”

“Outstanding Service and Craftsmanship! I brought my car in after a wreck, and the team did an absolutely phenomenal job with the repairs—it looks as good as new. Beyond the high-quality bodywork, the customer service here is exceptional. My service manager, Omar Harris, was amazing throughout the entire process. He was incredibly kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and personable. He kept me informed, took the time to answer all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier through great conversation and genuine care. The entire staff was warm and professional from start to finish. A special shout-out to Kristin, who handled my intake—she made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely hassle-free. I couldn't be happier with the results or the experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body work!”

“I took my Ram Bighorn to Luxury Auto and they did a magnificent job on my truck. The repair looked so nice it was if my truck had never been in an accident. These people were very nice and answered any questions I had. Ashleigh also communicated with me often and gave me alot of updates on my vehicle as it was being repaired. Luxury Auto also had my vehicle repaired in a timely matter as well. This shop has great customer service. I recommend this shop. I give them 5 stars! Thank you again Luxury Auto for the great work you did on my truck.”

“I had a great experience here! They are Mazda certified and use high quality parts to restore your car back to its original state, without cutting all the corners that the big chain shops do. They were helpful and communicated well the whole time! It was worth a little extra money to go through the Mazda certified dealer instead of the giant chain place with horrible reviews that insurance wanted me to use. Go with this family owned shop!”

“My mother purchased an HR-V on August 20, 2026, from Branda, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Branda provided exceptional customer service and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I spoke with her via the phone at length regarding the deal, and she handled everything so efficiently that all my mother had to do was visit the dealership and sign the necessary paperwork. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant vehicle-buying experience. Branda's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to her customers are the reasons our family continues to return to Round Rock Honda. Over the past several years, we have purchased multiple vehicles there, and Branda has consistently exceeded our expectations. She is truly a five-star sales representative who goes above and beyond for her customers. Thank you, Branda, for your outstanding service and commitment to excellence. Keep up the great work! We look forward to working with you again and will definitely return for future vehicle purchases.”

“I recently had a small accident that damaged my back liftgate and windshield. I'm so thankful I found IN N OUT Autobody and Collision. They are a family-owned business, and it truly shows. Everyone was kind, honest, down-to-earth, and genuinely cared about helping me. They repaired the dent, repainted the damaged area, and replaced my back windshield—all in just two days. Their prices were very reasonable, and they even offered to drive me home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready, which made the whole experience so much easier. This was the first time during the process that I felt like someone was truly trying to help me instead of just taking my money. They definitely live up to their name with fast, quality service. I highly recommend IN N OUT Autobody and Collision!”

“While communication at the beginning was a little sketchy, I had booked an appt through my insurance company, but the local office kept pinging me asking me to set an appt which I had already confirmed with their national/regional office was completed. Once I arrived the team was fast, responsive, answered all my questions, walked me through everything they were going to do, and gave me an estimate of a little over 2 weeks to complete the work. FOUR DAYS later they texted me telling me the work was done and I could pick it up!! Walking through the pick up and looking at the work done, I had zero notes. Everything looked great, they walked me through everything they did, noted that they had to replace a part they didn't think they were going to have to on the original estimate, but once it was pulled off the vehicle they noticed it was indeed cracked. I couldn't be happier with the work and time it took to complete. While I hope I never have to use a body shop again, if the need arises, it will absolutely be Caliber Collision on Mays Ave in Round Rock.”

“The body work seems to be good, only time will really tell how good the paint is. Overall I'm satisfied with the initial quality of repair. However, I had to knock down 1 star due to some stain or adhesive that was left in my vehicle back seat.....which is definitely odd considering there was no work being done to that side of the vehicle. Someone left dirty boot prints on the rear passenger floor and scuffed up the back of the passenger seat. I cleaned up the dirt, but am left with two small spots where the person who sat in my back seat must have had some sort of adhesive or other hard curing substance on the bottom of their shoes. Not the end of the world, but I dropped off my vehicle in spotless condition on the interior, and received it back in a different condition despite the only work being done was to the driver side. I'm just curious why we're there 3 people riding around in my vehicle with extremely dirty shoes without at least putting down some kind of courtesy protection on the seats and floor. Eh, I'm admittedly a neat freak and this is probably something not everyone thinks about, just a bit of a bummer in my opinion”

“Needed a particular OEM filter for an older diesel truck. Autozone, Orileys, and Napa (all locations within 1.5 miles) either, sold the wrong part, tried to sell me the wrong part, or wouldn’t help. Called A line and got Bobby, confirmed he had the part and set it aside (OEM) Got into the store and got the part. They’re selling OEM FORD completely reasonable price!!! Sterling was the name of another gentleman who helped a lot. Cannot recommend enough Thanks guys”

“We stopped in to get a water pump end timing kit for a Toyota. The young man that helped us was very helpful very polite and very professional. After we got home we noticed that the gasket that came with it was the paper one and we really wanted to upgrade to the multi layered steel one we went back the same young man was there and he helped us once again. He was just as polite and this is helpful as the first time we dealt with them. It's nice to see the younger generation being so polite and helpful. I'm pretty sure he really enjoys his job by the vibe. I think his name was Isaiah or Isaac. If you want great customer service you need to stop in and talk to him.”

“My husband and I were involved in a terrible accident with my classic truck. Barbara at Sunrise was called out to load the truck onto the wrecker. Not only was she professional and very knowledgeable, but she was cautious, meticulous, and empathetic to our situation and the trauma we had already endured. I don't think anyone could have been more gentle with me and with my truck than Barbara was. Her outstanding service did not end when she drove off with the truck either. She covered the vehicle in the yard, ensured it was safe, and even taught the driver of the insurance company wrecker how to load the truck safely without causing additional damage. I would recommend Sunrise, and particularly Barbara, to anyone should they find themselves in the unfortunate situation of needing wrecker service.”
