I recently had my Toyota Camry repaired at Caliber Collision, and I am completely satisfied. The repairs are flawles, my car looks brand new. My Service Advisor, Ken Wetta, was outstanding throughout the process. I had a terrible experience dealing with the insurance company for the person who hit me, but Ken stayed persistent, keeping me updated and making multiple attempts to contact them.
Caliber Collision was honest, upfront, and professional from start to finish. They delivered high-quality work and made the process as smooth as possible despite the insurance complications. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs, and I would not hesitate to return myself.”

“There’s not enough positive things I can say about ECC and Alex. I initially was looking for help with a locked ECU after a bad tune experience with a different company. Alex answered that day and confirmed he could get everything fixed - and it was pretty messed up so bonus points to him. I’m all the way in San Antonio and it was well worth the drive. Ended up getting ECCs ECU and TCU tune on my RSQ8 and couldn’t be happier. I did the ECU first and it was awesome, but still a night and day difference once he added the TCU tune. Smooth and easy driving when you want to cruise down the road with lots of passing power. Then you pop it into RS2 mode and it wakes up to be an absolute beast that shoves you back in the seat. At 5500lbs and all wheel drive, now it has enough power to break the back tires loose when you want to. There’s absolutely no logical reason a car that heavy should be that fast, but I’m here for it. Bottom line is Alex made sure I was taken care of, got me the best performance, and he stands behind his work. Every question I had, he answered. Explained everything up front and gave me a very fair price especially considering ECCs tune makes more power than any other tune company on the market. Overall, had the best experience, loved the conversations, and wouldn’t go to anyone else when my car needs work done. 10/10 highly recommend if you want the most professional experience and work that’s done right.”

“Raul, Malissa, and the technicians at Raven Auto Body did outstanding work repairing my Miata after being rear-ended. I chose them for being the Mazda certified shop in the area, and was really glad I went with them. They were meticulous in restoring my car back to its original state, and were completely open and honest about the work required. They were also friendly to work with and helped make the process as easy as possible. I could tell that Raul and his team are passionate about doing great work with an excellent attention to detail, and I'm amazed at the end result!”
“The body work seems to be good, only time will really tell how good the paint is. Overall I'm satisfied with the initial quality of repair. However, I had to knock down 1 star due to some stain or adhesive that was left in my vehicle back seat.....which is definitely odd considering there was no work being done to that side of the vehicle. Someone left dirty boot prints on the rear passenger floor and scuffed up the back of the passenger seat. I cleaned up the dirt, but am left with two small spots where the person who sat in my back seat must have had some sort of adhesive or other hard curing substance on the bottom of their shoes. Not the end of the world, but I dropped off my vehicle in spotless condition on the interior, and received it back in a different condition despite the only work being done was to the driver side. I'm just curious why we're there 3 people riding around in my vehicle with extremely dirty shoes without at least putting down some kind of courtesy protection on the seats and floor. Eh, I'm admittedly a neat freak and this is probably something not everyone thinks about, just a bit of a bummer in my opinion”

In a world that tries to exploit you at every turn, it was extremely refreshing to be met with humanity and understanding during a chaotic and messy time for me. They had every opportunity to charge me up the wazoo or pitch me empty platitudes, but instead they really only ever wanted to do what was best for ME. Crazy! I didn't end up getting any work done (see: totaled car), so I can't speak to the quality of the work, but if they treat the cars like they do their customers, I'm sure it's exceptional and I will definitely be coming back if I ever find myself in this unfortunate situation again!”
