Before signing up online, make sure to get the promo. code to get 200$ to open a new account. I got mine directly deposited a month after opening my acct. After that, I ended up stopping by this location to pick up my temporary card. The employees here were quick to warmly greet & assist you as soon as you enter! I loved that. One of the assistant managers helped me complete my new account & kindly answered any questions I had! Being here was brief but it made a lasting impression with how nice everyone was! I've been with BofA & chase and they DO NOT compare to the quality of great service you recieve at a smaller chain of banks like regions. Im so happy i switched to them!”

“Always super helpful! I bank with Round Top State Bank and moved to Austin so I've been using their sister bank (eagle). RTSB has terrible customer service, hours, and is impossible to get into contact with. Eagle bank has been so helpful it compensates for the both of them. They always answer the phone, get back to you in a timely manner, and can do new cards and money exchanges super quickly. Highly recommend”

This is the only location that cared and the lady (Isabella I believe) I spoke to took down my number and said she will call all locations and try her best to figure out what is happening. Great customer service and clearly this location has spectacular employees.”

The bank is open and they're just taken covid-19 precautions. The outside the building looks fine and it's well-maintained the lawn. “I am not an account holder with Plains Capital Bank but received a check from one of their customers and wanted to pause and say thank you for the way that Adam Chong, Clem Soto and Erin Johnson (Plains Capital Bank professionals) handled a challenging transaction. I deposited a check (in which Plains Capital was the paying bank) into my bank of first deposit at Bank of America at an ATM at a local BOA branch in Lakeway. I would not recommend any BOA customer to attempt this in the future because BOA through that transaction debited the wrong customer at Plains Capital. Plains attempted to resolve it for BOA and as a result the funds wound up as an entry of error in BOA's back office. BOA's customer service and adjustment departments did not take responsibility on their end for close to a month and as a result, my business is leaving BOA. Local banks with people that have access to transaction records that can handle an occasional issue is invaluable. In this case Plains Capital put hours into assisting someone who wasn't a client of theirs deal with a large, inefficient corporate bank. Thanks for you help!”
